Christmas Draws Near. . . Our Patrols Continue

The cartels are getting bolder and more dangerous. They have learned that the US Government is more bark than bite. The bad guys see this as weakness and desire to walk all over us while spreading their poison across our land.

Citizens like myself, aren’t going to sit back and watch our country be overrun by Third World criminals. We will continue to pursue them and stop them in their tracks. We are willing to do what it takes. This is not a game and armed patriotic US citizens are playing for keeps. This is OUR country!

Arizona Regains Footing in Legal Battle Over Immigration Law

After suffering a major legal setback in the summer, Arizona regained its footing in court Friday when a federal judge dismissed parts of the U.S. Justice Department's challenge to the state's new immigration law and rejected several claims made by Hispanic activists and Phoenix police officers.

U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton's ruling on Friday struck down the federal government's challenge to the portion of the law that prohibits the transport of illegal immigrants.

I’m quite familiar with the area this shooting took place. It’s rugged and remote, making it a prime drug and human smuggling corridor.

All we need now is some lame comments from the Phoenix New Times claiming the fatal shooting was staged to promote SB 1070 and that the fallen agent shot himself.
