The Farmers Convenience Store in Maricopa, Arizona is a haven for drunken Mexicans and a breeding ground for the scum of the Earth

I've written about this subject on multiple occasions because it's filthy, disgusting and illegal. The management at the Farmers Convenience Store simply looks the other way and allows these unlawful acts to continue on their property. Making a buck is obviously more important than public safety and decency. I spoke with the owner of this store once and he told me that he was from Iraq. Perhaps this is Islam's sneaky and sinister way of destroying the moral fabric of the United States (from within).

Selling alcohol to visibly intoxicated persons presents a huge threat to my community. This is every bit as dangerous as playing Russian Roulette. Gambling with other people's lives is unacceptable and that's exactly what the people who run the Farmers Convenience Store are deliberately doing. They know this is wrong and have ignored the complaints law abiding patrons have made.

I can't count how many times I've observed drunk Mexicans with bottles concealed in paper bags urinating behind the store. The United States of America is really becoming a Third World toilet. I mean that literally. The proof is right here, in Maricopa, Arizona.

2005 Arizona Code - Revised Statutes §13-2917 Public nuisance; abatement; classification

A. It is a public nuisance, and is no less a nuisance because the extent of the annoyance or damage inflicted is unequal, for anything:

1. To be injurious to health, indecent, offensive to the senses or an obstruction to the free use of property that interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property by an entire community or neighborhood or by a considerable number of persons. http://law.justia.com/codes/arizona/2005/title13/02917.html

2005 Arizona Code - Revised Statutes §4-244 Unlawful acts

14. For a licensee or other person to serve, sell or furnish spirituous liquor to a disorderly or obviously intoxicated person, or for a licensee or employee of the licensee to allow or permit a disorderly or obviously intoxicated person to come into or remain on or about the premises, except that a licensee or an employee of the licensee may allow an obviously intoxicated person to remain on the premises for a period of time of not to exceed thirty minutes after the state of obvious intoxication is known or should be known to the licensee in order that a non-intoxicated person may transport the obviously intoxicated person from the premises. For purposes of this section, "obviously intoxicated" means inebriated to the extent that a person's physical faculties are substantially impaired and the impairment is shown by significantly uncoordinated physical action or significant physical dysfunction that would have been obvious to a reasonable person. http://law.justia.com/codes/arizona/2005/title4/00244.html

Arizona Public Intoxication Laws: Drunk in Public

Because of the emphasis on the ills of alcohol, particularly for minors, Arizona tends to be strict on public intoxication violations. Unlike other states, Arizona does not allow alcoholism as a valid defense against a charge of public intoxication. Charges for public intoxication may even become a felony charge for habitual offenders who pose a danger to others. http://www.criminaldefenselawyer.com/resources/criminal-defense/misdemeanor-offense/arizona-public-intoxication-laws-drunk-publi

The above incident and many like them are becoming a plague on our community. It's appalling that the Farmers Convenience Store's management and its' owner(s) are allowing these unlawful activities to continue on their property. What would have happened if the above drunk driver would have killed somebody or exposed his genitals to a child?

We as law abiding patriots are compelled by duty to right this wrong and pursue and correct other problems that exist in our community. My next few posts will concentrate on these issues. Some will be shocking, unpopular and disgusting. Ignoring or lying about these realities won't make them go away.
