2013: The sun sets on the old year and more nonsensical political bullshit is expected to be the norm for 2014

While shoppers and ungrateful gift recipients were flocking to the customer service lines at stores, we spent the day after Christmas hiking against a stiff wind, along various smuggling trails inside the permit area, south of Gate #4 in the Sand Tanks.

We deployed long before sunrise and I quickly discovered a trash littered smugglers' LP/OP. I posted up on this position and kept a watchful eye on the wash below. Other operators navigated several other trails. It turned out to be a long day. A day devoid of smugglers and law enforcement. We did manage to pick more information that will help us, the next time out.

He said that he walked across the border again two weeks ago."... and already has a Ford Expedition and a wad of cash... What do you think he was doing to make bank? I think it's safe to say he wasn't washing dishes or mowing lawns to earn a living.

Suspect Involved in Pursuit Admits to Being Deported Ten Prior Times

Sheriff Paul Babeu stated, “Padilla told the deputy he ran because he has been deported ten prior times back to Mexico from the United States. The last time he was caught, he spent 15 months in a federal prison and he was worried he was going to get sent back. He told the deputy he is currently on probation as a result of being deported so many times. He said that he walked across the border again two weeks ago.” PCSO KOLD

The immigration system is a revolving door... Illegal aliens are apprehended and deported. They return and get deported, and return, and get deported, and return, and get deported... I believe our system has been intentionally designed to fail and fail miserably, at that.

2 arrested after officer sees cockfight in Phoenix yard

Three dead roosters were found and a total of 132 roosters and hens were confiscated; most of them suffered serious injuries. Humane Society workers are caring for about 36 roosters. Full Article

This is a prime example of the sort of values Mexicans have to offer our so called “diverse” country. No officer... Those 132 roosters aren't ours... We don't know how they got in here... Don't you hate it when chickens wonder into your home and start fighting? They will surely be given a mere slap on the wrist because it would be deemed racist to punish them to the full extent of the law. Soon, we'll hear cries of “racial profiling”.

Protesters decry immigration agents at court hearings

The protest arose from court officials accusing ICE agents of racial profiling by coming to court hearings in Racine on specific days each month when the court provides a Spanish-speaking translator. For years, those due in court for misdemeanor or traffic charges who can’t speak English are scheduled to appear on those days as a cost-savings measure. Full Article

This is the season to be jolly, ... for families to be together celebrating the holidays. But instead people are being deported right from the court house, right from our law enforcement building,” she said. Boo! Hoo! Cry me a river lady!

Don't forget, illegal aliens always blame others for their legal problems. Funny how these illegal aliens think the law is for everyone else, but themselves. The last time I visited Mexico, I needed a passport to enter and leave.

Breibart News/JW Poll: Majority Oppose Sanctuary Cities

A national Breitbart News/Judicial Watch poll has found that a majority (51%) of Americans oppose sanctuary cities, where local laws "prohibit law enforcement officers from helping to enforce federal immigration laws." Full Article

Time and again these polls show that federal, state, and local governments continue to oppose what the majority of Americans want. What's wrong with the other 49%? Selective law enforcement... selective enforcement of the Constitution... that is precisely what destroys nations. We should prosecute all of the enablers who facilitate this lawlessness. If the federal government will not enforce the immigration laws, the states should take over and enforce it.

Sanctuary cities create the fertile ground for drug cartels to operate. The federal agencies involved, refuse to enforce existing laws and have developed a set of 'pseudo laws' whereby they categorize the illegal aliens. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Politicians feel they can't be voted out of office. Until they're proven wrong, they'll continue to do "whatever" to put more money in their pockets.

ATF Agent Sends Shockwaves Across Internet With Explosive Allegations About ‘Fast And Furious’ And Brian Terry's Death

John Dodson, the federal agent who blew the lid off the Justice Department’s “Fast and Furious” gun-walking scandal, claims the FBI had ties to the men who killed U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry in 2010 near Nogales, Ariz. In fact, Dodson says the Mexican bandits who gunned down Terry were working for FBI operatives and had been sent to the border to do a “drug rip-off” using intelligence gathered by the DEA. "With equal pleasure I have as often taken notice that Providence has been pleased to give this one connected country to one united people--a people descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, very similar in their manners and customs, and who, by their joint counsels, arms, and efforts, fighting side by side throughout a long and bloody war, have nobly established general liberty and independence." --John Jay.
