White resentment, Michael Brown, how the U.S. labor force is reduced to Third World standards and Jews exploiting FLSA loopholes

This editorial, via Al Jazeera, brings back a few memories of my days working at Freedom Marketing Corp. (1989-1992) I was a distribution coordinator for this advertising/political marketing firm owned by this nice Jewish family with the last name "Sunshine." No kidding! I wouldn't make something like this up. The office was located near the fire station at 3rd. St. and Fairmont in Phoenix. It was a classy neighborhood, complete with homeless people living under piles of cardboard between buildings. Some of those homeless people also worked for us.

Management at Freedom Marketing treated their "independent contractors" exactly like employees (according to definition). They even did away with minimum wage, by paying them a piece rate. A rate that was almost impossible for the drug addicts and alcoholics on the payroll to attain, even on their best day. Of course, travel time to the job area was not compensated. Apparently, somebody didn't like this unfair and unlawful treatment and dropped a dime on the Sunshine boys. The wrath of the IRS was about to come down upon the innocent and hard working Jews.

Before work, one morning, the HR person arrived with a stack of employment applications, I-9 and W-4 forms. All of a sudden, a company DBA "Ultimate Management Concepts" ceased to exist and everyone instantly became "employees" at Freedom Marketing Corp. It was almost like magic. Not long after, I brought a few skinheads on board. Surprisingly, I wasn't met with opposition.

When your employer doesn’t consider you an employee

The FLSA is perhaps the centerpiece of 20th century U.S. labor regulation. The law establishes a minimum wage, the right to overtime and the abolition of child labor. It also includes a lot of loopholes. Many employees are statutorily exempted from the FLSA — from babysitters to truck drivers to executives — but the ultimate way to dodge employment law is not to hire employees at all. Full Article

I can tell you that working for Jews has its' moments. One of our workers, "Richard." was an almost 60 year old juvenile delinquent. He liked to drink vodka and smoke crack. For whatever reason, Richard missed one Friday and showed up to get his paycheck after the office closed. Well, Richard didn't get his check and Richard got angry.

Richard called the office on multiple occasions and left some messages for the Sunshine boys. He said, "where's my check you Jew prick.?" Later, he called with, "I want my check you fucking Kike!" Come Monday morning, I was called into the office and had to listen to Richard's messages with out busting out in laughter. In the end, Richard apologized and got to keep his job.

My second most unforgettable day working for this outfit came when CEO Calvin Sunshine, called me in the office and closed the door and talked about how the company didn't do all the contract work they claimed to do. I was fully aware that Freedom Marketing was "skimming" and failed to fully perform on almost all of their contracts. He said, "I scam, you scam, we all scam." Those were his exact words. What would you expect to come out of a guy's mouth that thought he was friends with disgraced Arizona politician and former governor, Fife Symington? Birds of a feather?

The "narrative" must always paint whites as inherently bad people and non-whites as some collective under-class, who are just trying to get out from under the heel of the brutal white masters. The black vs. White issue comes from behavior. The black community reacts violently to the slightest fault in any situation. The White community waits for the facts to come out and then peaceful (if at all) reacts in a civilized manner.

How Widespread is White Resentment?

It is obscene that we White people have to put up with non-White crime and social problems. And, even more, it is absurd that all humans are lumped together as though we are all the same. It's no surprise that Kansas City, Missouri doesn't stand behind the U.S. Constitution, or the Second Amendment

The controlled opposition elements of the pro-Second Amendment movement were quick to blame those people that open carry rifles in public, although that was not happening in Kansas City. From my previous experiences with the city government in Kansas City, I concluded that their black mayor and his brown nosed cronies operate as a cabal of little freedom hating tyrants, with strong Marxist leanings.

They want an unarmed and passive population. This is a rather delusional mindset, due to the fact of the ever violent Negroes and Mestizos that bring that wonderful diversity and multiculturalism to their decaying city are a rapidly growing demographic.

At Mayor Sly James’ urging, the City Council voted 9-0 Thursday to ban the “open carry” of firearms, saying Kansas City doesn't need any more weapons on the streets... “This is not an environment where we need to have everyone armed to the teeth,” James told his colleagues. Full Article

On Friday, November 8, 2013, I attended a meeting at the Kansas City police Department and high ranking police officials weren't the slightest bit bashful about telling us that they were taking it upon themselves to suspend the Constitution of the United States. We put the question to them and they said, "Yes!"

This is what happens when a big city police department bows to the corrupt officials in city government. Don't forget, police officers swear an oath to defend the Constitution. In Kansas City, the police are nothing more than corporate mercenaries, who are all too eager to blindly and obediently serve their masters, while stepping on the rights of law abiding citizens. For those people who like to bash on open carry, you are part of the problem. You are demanding more freedom for your guns, yet in the same breath, are telling other gun owners how to practice their Second Amendment rights. Instead of dividing on important issues, you should realize that the only way to win against the hypersensitive liberal gun grabbing crowd is to band together and be unwavering in your rights. Just because you don't personally like open carry, that doesn't mean that all of us feel the same. But who are you to tell me how, when and where I can carry my firearms?

Another Gun Confiscation Bill Introduced in Senate

Congress and Barack Obama just cannot keep their eyes off of Americans' guns. Though they are allowing and open invasion of the United States via the southern border, something they should be dealing with according to law, they are unconstitutionally focusing on more violations of the Second Amendment. This week, the new gun confiscation bill introduced in the Senate on Tuesday claims to be aimed at removing guns from domestic abusers, but since no authority was given to the federal government to restrict or regulate arms, it is unconstitutional on its face. Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) said he was "proud" to introduce the legislation and said it was "commonsense legislation."  I have to completely disagree, especially when a government official uses the "common sense" argument. It isn't going to be your right, if you don't stand up and defend it, yourself. You should be thankful someone else has the courage to do it, since apparently you don't.

In Washington D.C. A federal judge struck down the ban on carrying the weapons in late July calling it unconstitutional. What’s most surprising about this video is the negative reaction of many of those interviewed who feel more guns in public would make them less safe. More

Mexico IS NOT our friend, our "good neighbor to the south" or an ally. They have stood against the United States at every possible opportunity In fact, Mexico is quite hostile towards U.S. Citizens. How are these illegal aliens supposed to support themselves, when there are no jobs? The government is going to give these people stability through tax dollars, stability that many U.S. Citizens currently do not have. Secondly, these people do not understand our culture, they ignore our laws, and they refuse to learn/speak English. They seem to be creating their own society and economy within and parallel to ours. Given their sheer numbers, especially since they refuse to be responsible with family size, the U.S. will ultimately collapse under the mountainous burden they'll create.

Their predecessors have proven, time and again, they don't want to assimilate into our society. They want to turn the U.S. into whatever Third world shit hole they came from. Ask any La Raza supporter what they think of the U.S. and what their real goals are. When you reward bad behavior, you get more of it. In 1986, we amnestied 3 million with an amnesty bill called Simpson-Mazzoli. (If you don’t know about Simpson-Mazzoli and what a failure it’s been, look it up.)

The first amnesty, in 1986, not only didn't solve any problems, it only encouraged further violation of our immigration laws and made the problem worse. Today, they're asking us to amnesty 20 million. If there is a second amnesty, there will be a third amnesty, and for how many tens of millions will that be?

It's obvious: When you raise the prospect of amnesty for lawbreakers (aka "immigration reform"), you encourage more people to break the law. Yes, there are many more people who want to come to the U.S. than we can accommodate, but it's a simple fact that the whole world can't live here. Immigration should be orderly, controlled, and restricted to meet the best interests of U.S. Citizens, not other countries.

Our immigration court system is exercising extreme stupidity by giving illegal aliens court dates because they are not showing up. I don't see that ever changing. Here's the perfect example: The youths were among 20 from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala who were set to appear in federal immigration court Tuesday for initial deportation hearings. But they weren’t there... 18 of the children, whose cases were scheduled to be heard failed to appear for court. More And get this: An illegal alien who had previously been released with a notice to appear found herself back in federal custody when authorities arrested her on the charge of human smuggling. We shouldn't be surprised. They ARE criminals, period! More

We also have Haitians making their way into the U.S., via Puerto Rico. This is nothing short of a full scale invasion. The only way to put a dent in this whole disaster is to stop welfare, Section 8 housing subsidies, free health care, free education, free meals, etc. More

National Socialist Movement Call to Action: Nationwide Illegal Immigration Protests

Greetings NSM members, supporters, and fellow patriots,

This is a Nationwide call to action for this week against the unrelenting, and criminal tide of illegal immigration. As all of you are already well aware, the NSM has been on the front lines for many years in the fight against illegal immigration. The NSM has been the tip of the spear in Border Patrols in the American Southwest for years now, and continues those operations, to this day.

We have been in the streets, Nationwide protesting amnesty for illegals, the illegal immigrant (so-called) freedom rides, and have consistently called for securing American borders and embracing of an America First policy in Government to bring back our Nation from the brink.

Our elected officials, here in America, often ignore the will of the people, whom they claim to represent, at even the highest levels of elected office some of these career politicians say that anyone and everyone who wants to come and live in the USA should be able to do so, apparently even if they do so illegally. The good news is this, the mainstream, Joe Citizen/average every day American, of all Races, backgrounds, religions, and creeds are finally awakening to heed the warnings we have been sounding for a long time. In Murrieta, CA. a few days ago the U.S. federal government attempted to bus in busloads of illegal aliens and the buses were turned away by American citizens protesting. Today as this call to action is being written protesters in Arizona will stand against a similar scenario.

Anyone who makes the claim that amnesty will end the border crisis is truly insane. Any elected leader who makes that claim is unfit for political office. Arizona Senators, John McCain and Jeff Flake, have written a proposal this month for stopping the surge of children. In direct and total contemptuous disregard for our immigration laws, the U.S. government is facilitating, aiding and abetting human trafficking. The Obama administration is essentially a rogue government engaged in lawlessness and tyranny against our constitutional republic.

Domestic Transporting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) makes it an offense for any person who -- knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA), enacted on September 30, 1996, added a new 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(3)(A) which makes it an offense for any person, during any 12-month period, to knowingly hire at least 10 individuals with actual knowledge that these individuals are unauthorized aliens. See this Manual at 1908 (unlawful employment of aliens).

Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.
