Protesting Obama's Arizona Visit: Happy New Year from the borderlands of southern Arizona

White House usurper Barack Obama visited Phoenix to tell us how great and wonderful our recovering economy (and housing situation) is. As you might imagine, most of us coherent people aren't buying the excrement he's trying to shovel down our throats. Despite speaking less than a mile from the embattled Phoenix VA hospital, Obama's motorcade didn't bother to slow down, ass it passed by the facility.

Tickets to his speaking event were free and available to the public. However, the real excitement was along Central Avenue, with the protesters. On Tuesday, people spent hours waiting for Obama tickets. This morning, they waited for hours, again. Many, despite having the magic Obama tickets, were turned away and forced to mingle with us protesters.

“Four hours to get the tickets and then another couple of hours for them to turn us away,” said Stephanie Ramirez. “I know a lot of the 'dreamers' got in,” said a man named Erick. “All these, like, Americans are here, and it’s like, the Americans don't get to see their own president.” Link

Who's coming here? Drug dealers, human traffickers, rapists, pedophiles, murderers, terrorists, gang members... just people who are trying to do better in life on taxpayer funded welfare benefits. The numbers provided by the U.S. government regarding illegal aliens crossing the border are a drop in the bucket and do not represent any reality. The media has been quick to assume that the flow of Mexicans has gone down, which it has not. In fact, the recent uptick in Central Americans crossing the border is nothing new, as their numbers over the years, have gone up and down for various reasons.

All the more reason we should not be handing out drivers licenses and citizenship, like candy to children. We do not know who or where these people are from, or what their motives are. Annually, billions of dollars are spent on the Department of Homeland Security. If so inclined, terrorists can just go to Mexico and walk into the United States.

Remember, we have more enemies than ever before. Liar in Chief, Barack Obama assured us on national television that our border has never been more secure (and that we can keep our doctor and healthcare plan, period).

Of the illegal alien families who have been ordered removed from the U.S., but not detained, 96 percent of those removal orders were not carried out because the families did not show up in court. Dumb as a stump Jethro Bodine would have known these criminals would never make their court dates.

They cross our border at will, by the millions, with impunity. They are known to carry diseases, and cause untold millions in property damage and lost agricultural productivity each year. Illegal aliens are a scourge on our dying nation.

96% of Illegal Immigrant Families With Deportation Orders ‘Can’t Be Found’

After six months of requests, the Executive Office of Immigration Review told Houston’s KPRC that 96 percent of the more than 4,100 families released on recognizance and ordered deported did not show up to court, prompting the government to classify them “in absentia.” Full Article

The DHS has been busy arming itself against U.S. citizens, while doing nothing to secure our nation's borders. The DHS is about as useless as the IRS, EPA, NSA and most specifically, Barack Obama and his administration of Communists. It's time to remove all of these criminals from our nation.

I believe that all of us need to make that our goal for the new year and reclaim our nation from these usurpers. Apparently, a president (despot) can commit fraud, blackmail and extortion, without penalty in a lawless nation.

President Barack Obama will block 2015 funding for the Department of Homeland Security if Republicans includes spending curbs on the president’s executive amnesty, says a top aide. That amnesty action includes the award of work permits, drivers’ licenses, Social Security cards and tax rebates to at least four million illegal immigrants, despite the wage-cutting surplus of American workers in Obama’s economy. My former employer: Danny's Family Car Wash, a longtime "Mecca" for illegal aliens and other criminal activity

I worked for Danny Hendon at Danny's Family Car Wash from 1989-1990, and it was my first introduction to supervisory and management employment. Only intended to be a job to have, while between jobs, it was good experience to get under my belt. It was also the first time I shared a work place with illegal aliens. The car wash, in the infamous Maryvale section of west Phoenix at 43rd Ave. & Indian School Rd., was brand new. I was hired just in time for the grand opening. 

Drugs, prostitution and a multitude of nonsense came through the car wash at 43rd Ave and Indian School Rd. Every time a black was hired, I was told, "Look, there's a monkey. Run him off." After more than two decades, I still remember those exact words. Obviously, Danny's Family didn't like blacks. Employees didn't get lunches or breaks. At the time, there was no shade and out of all summers I picked to have an outdoor job, picked the one with record setting 120+ degree heat. 

During my Danny's tenure, minimum wage was $3.25/hr. New hires were sold a uniform and if they weren't fast or reliable enough, they would be dismissed as soon as they earned enough to pay for the uniform. The final insult was the check stub with no check that showed the deduction for the uniform.

"We target employers. Employers that aren't playing by the rules. We don't target the employees. We're targeting the companies that are not playing by the rules, not following the law," said Barbara Gonzalez. Full Article

When I worked there, our drive off guy (Lance) would start the day with no change in his pockets. By lunch time, quarters and dimes were falling out of his bulging pockets. He was stealing money out of customer's cars. This was a relatively common occurrence. The last time I saw that guy, he was in the back of a police car. It seems that little changes at Danny's magnet for crime.

Feds indict Danny's Car Wash managers, corporate entities

Drug trafficking was a daily event at the car wash. The car wash maintenance man and the guys that worked in the "tunnel" were drug addicts. Rarely, did a day go by without the "Regal Brothers" showing up to get their Buick Regals washed, while they dispensed their poisons to the workers out back. The first red flag should have been that nobody washes their car everyday. Nonetheless, Danny's Family looked the other way, while this took place.

Hiring illegal aliens was nothing new to Danny's Family Car Wash. I saw plenty come and go. This was also my first job where I was forced to deal with language barriers and sneaky little shits mouthing off and conspiring behind my back. For the most part, managing Mexicans at a car was was relatively easy. My job involved lots of "pointing" and saying, "Meda Meda" ("look look"). 

Businessmen against law making it illegal to hire undocumented workers

One day, Danny Hendon walked up to me and said, "I'm paying you to be an asshole." Those were his exact words. How would you react, if your employer said that to you? A couple of months later, I became the ultimate asshole and went to work for a competitor. I also took a supervisor and ticket writer, along with me. How's that for being an asshole?

I knew Danny personally. I have zero respect for Danny and as far as I'm concerned, he belongs in prison. In my 28 years of living in Arizona, I have yet to meet an honest businessman. I don't think they exist.

Danny’s Car Wash raid targets the right people

In 2011, Danny’s fired 942 of its 1,912 employees after being notified by ICE that they had insufficient documentation. Then company managers — some of whom were also here illegally — proceeded to rehire many of the terminated workers, the indictment says, often supplying the stolen identities that would allow the fired employees to clear E-Verify. Needless to say, rewarding criminal behavior with "amnesty" will only breed more criminal behavior. Sadly, the author of the above editorial doesn't get it. Perhaps, an illegal alien will steal her identity and will be given the opportunity to write a piece about that experience.

Fraudulent Document Mills Will Thrive in the Wake of Obama's Backdoor Amnesty Executive Order

In the wake of usurper Barack Obama's betrayal of law abiding US Citizens and legal immigrants by granting back door amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, we will most certainly see a huge spike in the manufacture, sales and distribution of fraudulent documents. Identity theft is already running rampant and this recent executive order will more than likely open the flood gates to even more fraud. The criminal use of fake identification, a.k.a. fraud, is a felony in most jurisdictions.

Barack Obama has committed what may be the single worst abuse of executive power in American history. If you are "undocumented" and in the United States "illegally", how can you prove you've been here since you were 16 years old and are actually under 30? Obviously, those that are ineligible will resort to crime to get their foot in the door.

Most people living in Arizona already know that identity theft is the number one crime in this state. This fact is directly proportional to our proximity to the unsecured and porous Mexican border. According to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, identity theft is the fastest growing crime in America.

Many identity theft victims are children and, because children don't normally check their credit reports/ratings, the crime often goes undetected for years. I remember one of my former employers receiving a letter from the Social Security Administration inquiring about the four year old child that was working for him. This employer knowingly and routinely hired illegal aliens.

Just wait until these children grow up and want to buy a car, apply for a student loan, start a business or purchase a home. Their “dream” will come to an abrupt end. They can thank illegal alien pandering Barack Obama for destroying their lives before they ever get started living.

Less that 48 hours after Obama's televised announcement, we already have a lawyer capitalizing on and exploiting young and desperate illegal aliens. Money is already changing hands. Where there is money to be made, there is going to be more than just a little dishonesty and corruption. Perhaps, we should consider deporting lawyers, as they appear to be worse than the illegal aliens. We would probably have trouble finding a country willing to take them.

An "affidavit" should not under any circumstances be accepted in place of genuine documents that will pass under the most meticulous scrutiny. I'm predicting that this entire verification process will be a joke. Unfortunately, this is not as laughing matter.

The Social Security Number currently being used by Barack Obama does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not employees possess the required authorization to legally work in the United States.

Approximately half of all illegal aliens using stolen identities actually pass the E-Verify check. I believe this system is intentionally flawed and favors corporations that want to hire illegal aliens. Oddly, we see very few businesses prosecuted for violating the law.

Detecting Fraudulent Documents and Degree/Diploma Mills

The most effective and reliable way of combating fraudulent documents is to adhere to strict document requirements and to insist on receiving credentials in the appropriate form directly from the institutions that issue them. Full Article

Degree mills are criminal organizations that manufacture and sell bogus degrees and transcripts. They are not backed up by school attendance, study or examinations. Despite giving themselves legitimate sounding university names, degree mills operate out of P.O. boxes and mail drops. They are very difficult to trace. We will be seeing lots more of this in the coming months as illegal aliens rush to acquire documents to legitimize their presence in this country.

Federal agents make arrests in fake document mills

In the fall of 1998, for example, Congress passed the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act . This legislation created a new offense of identity theft, which prohibits knowingly transfer[ring] or us[ing], without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person with the intent to commit, or to aid or abet, any unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of Federal law, or that constitutes a felony under any applicable State or local law.

18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(7). This offense, in most circumstances, carries a maximum term of 15 years' imprisonment, a fine, and criminal forfeiture of any personal property used or intended to be used to commit the offense.
