SB 1070 Fallout: This eruption of tempers could get ugly.

By blocking important provisions of Arizona's SB 1070, “activist” Judge Susan Bolton has pushed our nation toward a radical expansion of the rights of illegal aliens. Otherwise, giving criminal aliens more rights than law abiding citizens.

Judge Bolton's ruling also undermines the rights of every American citizen, while leaving the states as pawns in a federal amnesty plan.

In fact, the legal thinking behind Bolton's decision came directly out of the Obamanista Communist playbook by consolidating and centralizing all power in the Obama Administration.

As the National Review wrote: "If [Bolton's] reasoning stands, we will basically cut Congress out of immigration policy and the states out of enforcement. Instead, our immigration system will entirely depend on executive discretion at a time when the executive has little interest in enforcing the law.”

Arizona immigration law injunction adds more turmoil to state's controversy

U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton's decision Wednesday to block key provisions of Arizona's controversial immigration-enforcement law throws more turmoil into an already tumultuous legal and political controversy.

Leading up to 12:01 this morning, when the law took effect:

Arizona immigration law protesters arrested after blocking street

More than a hundred protestors blocked Washington Street near Phoenix City Hall Thursday in a mass act of civil disobedience and anger over the enactment of Arizona's tough new immigration law.

At least 14 were arrested and are confirmed in custody; more arrests are possible, as other groups of individuals are lying down in the street or standing with their arms linked in the roadway. Police in riot gear began moving in against the protestors just after 10 a.m.

I say, deploy tear gas and zap them with the tazer. That will get them out of the way. If they opt to act like savages, they should be treated as such.

So much for them being really nice people coming here to make a better life for themselves and their families on the backs of tax paying citizens.

The labeling of criminal behavior as “civil disobedience” is at best, a lame attempt to “soften” socially unacceptable behavior. Perhaps, if somebody blocking the street becomes “road pizza” somebody just might get a clue. Otherwise, it won’t be long before the fires and looting begin. I’m sure that will make the brown invaders more likeable.

It looks as if Sheriff Arpaio will be able to fill some of those extra beds he recently created in his Tent City Jail. I’m glad he planned ahead.

On February 15, 1998, the U.S. and Mexican soccer teams met at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The crowd was overwhelmingly pro-Mexican even though most lived in this country. They booed during the National Anthem and U.S. flags were held upside down. As the match progressed, supporters of the U.S. team were insulted, pelted with projectiles, punched and spat upon. Beer and trash were thrown at the U.S. players before and after the match. The coach of the U.S. team, Steve Sampson said, "This was the most painful experience I have ever had in this profession."

Pravda Piece Blasts Mexican Illegal Aliens

When I first read this article, I thought its' author may have actually lived next door to my current Mexican neighbors at one time. The description, which I posted below, couldn’t have been more accurate.

The only thing not mentioned is that one of my neighbors liked to park his car out by the fence and masturbate within view of my back door.

Obama's Illegal Aliens vs. Arizona’s SB 1070

It appears that the major media experts can gripe about Arizona’s law to get rid of criminal illegal aliens, but they can’t seem to be able to post a link so that people can actually read it.

QUOTE: "Mexican illegal aliens are by far the dirtiest, most criminal aliens that we have in America. They are rude and arrogant, believing that they have a right to free food, free housing, and free medical care.

They cut in lines, use their car horns for doorbells, throw their dirty diapers in the streets, toss trash anywhere with no thought, refuse to obey traffic laws, drive drunk, hit and run, rape and murder children, abandon their own children and wives. They are the most God awful selfish things on two legs. They refuse to learn English, which I think is incredibly ignorant. Even 4 year old children speak English. They put giant speakers outside in their yards, turn them up to rock concert level and go inside to party.

Mexican illegal aliens are revolting. And they know it. It is their purpose to disrupt us, interfere with us and give us diseases that we haven’t had in this country for 100 years."

Migrants sell up, flee Arizona ahead of crackdown

PHOENIX, July 25 (Reuters) - Nicaraguan mother Lorena Aguilar hawks a television set and a few clothes on the baking sidewalk outside her west Phoenix apartment block.

A few paces up the street, her undocumented Mexican neighbor Wendi Villasenor touts a kitchen table, some chairs and a few dishes as her family scrambles to get out of Arizona ahead of a looming crackdown on illegal immigrants.

Illegal aliens will more than likely flee to states neighboring Arizona to avoid going back to where they belong. It could very well be a positive thing, forcing other states to open their eyes and pass their own version of the Arizona law.

Why should the United States, because we are "so charitable" that we sacrifice our and our children's futures for them?

“You can't call the state sanctioned systematic undermining and replacement of the majority White population through mass legal and illegal immigration policies, in which the White population has declined from 95% White in 1965 to less than 68% White in 2010, anything other than ethnic cleansing and genocide.” --Robert

Telemundo patrols with the NSM

It was my pleasure to have reporters from Telemundo, a Spanish language television station, accompany a squad of enthusiastic and motivated NSM members and supporters on a desert patrol to observe drug smuggling and illegal alien activity south on Interstate 8.

These patrols have served to alert the public that there are serious public safety and border security issues in southern Arizona.

Our unit and Telemundo met up at a predetermined meeting place and commenced with the documentation of our patrol. Being the hottest part of the day, we brought plenty of water for ourselves and anyone that we might encounter. One adult requires approximately one gallon of water per day in this hostile and unforgiving environment.

During the filming and interview, I discussed that we were looking for evidence of illegal immigration and drug smuggling. We did come across some discarded backpacks and water bottles in the wash we patrolled. It was also our goal to take back American land, recreation areas and national monuments from the Mexican drug cartels.

I pointed out that we were not there to confront or detain illegal aliens. We were not law enforcement officers and had no authority to do so. In fact, more often than not, we provide water and humanitarian aid to distressed border crossers that have been abandoned by their coyotes. It’s odd that we treat these people better than their own countrymen. After all, the coyote has already been paid and could care less if their “human cargo” lives or dies.

We are not vigilantes and do not take the law into our own hands. We are patriotic citizens who are deeply concerned for our country.

When we encounter undocumented aliens(UDA’s), we notify the Border Patrol who will dispatch agents to pick up and deport the illegal border crossers.

I explained to the reporters that our efforts were not motivated by racism or hate, but by love of country and the need to secure our border for national security. As we all know these drug cartels poison our citizens and flood our schools with their illicit wares. This plague on our people could be slowed by efforts of law enforcement if they were so inclined. Our political leaders seem to turn a blind eye when it comes to the safety and welfare of our own citizens.

Since the NSM first started patrolling this area, publicity has put other agencies under pressure to begin enforcing our laws. In recent weeks, DEA, BLM rangers and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office have been monitoring and patrolling this area.

Our patrol was a success in that we were able to deny human smugglers and drug mules use of the area while we were there. The more good people that use our parks will ultimately cause unlawful users to go elsewhere.
