Arizona's Bad Air: Pollution Turns Our Air into Poison, While Idiots and Morons Boldly Elect to Become Part of the Problem

This is a response to a recent blog from AZ Central. I originally wrote, "Many of you valley residents were actually lucky only to smell wood. I live just south of the City of Maricopa. Bright and early Christmas morning, I got to enjoy the foul stench of paper, plastic and other household trash being burned by one of my inconsiderate neighbors. The smell of napalm in the morning would have been better. There is little or no enforcement anywhere."

I went on to say, "The only thing that might be worse is living in Stanfield, AZ where residents get to inhale bovine fecal material 24/7. Is it time for a heavy handed "Atmospheric Police"? People won't voluntarily comply."

Burning a no-burn day with holiday haze

Lots of folks walked outside Christmas morning and found the air filled with the aroma of a holiday fire, but that was not the plan, not according to air quality managers who asked residents to find other ways of stoking cheer.

Maricopa County's air monitors exceeded federal pollution standards both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, even after the county posted no-burn restrictions for both days in an attempt to keep the air clean. At some locations, pollution levels were more than twice the federal health standard.

What completely disgusts me is that stupid people are willing to scoff at our air quality problem and even boldly opt to become part of the problem instead of the solution. Attitudes like this are beyond reprehensible.

For example, alleged air polluter and boastful "scofflaw", David Graff said, "if your are THAT sensitive to smoke you probably shouldnt live here, because people are going to use fireplaces when its cold. that will not change . I have a few tons of wood to burn that can heat my house for free, i aint paying to heat the house when i can burn this wood for free, sorry charlie. I will gladly use my heater if you want to pay the bill! People have been using fire to cheaply or heat houses for thousands of years, aint going to stop because of some silly law that i had nothing to do with creating."

Well, Mr. Graff... I think you deserve to get lung cancer from breathing the air. Would you be the first in line to file a law suit? If you are not part of the solution, you are most certainly part of the problem. Graff is an obvious "boobas americanas ignoranus". The next time Mr. Graff lights a match, he should get 120 days in Tent City with no heat.

It would appear that John Williams would prefer to bury his head in the sand and pretend there's no problem at all. He said, "I suggest the best way to handle this is for the ADEQ monitoring equipment to be down for maintenance on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Bingo. Problem solved. After all, my bank's website gets away with the "maintenance" excuse every time I really need to get on, so why not ADEQ?" Needles to say, thoughts like this are completely idiotic.

The type of people that ignore no burn regulations are also the same scofflaws that pass in school zones, litter, ignore the speed limit and foolishly gamble with YOUR lives. These horrible people think they are above the law and are somehow "entitled" to do as they please in total disregard of public safety and the greater good. In my book, people like this are the scum of the Earth that are making this country a Third World cesspool.

As most educated people know, Arizona's pollution issues come from multiple sources including agriculture, construction, wild fires, electricity generation and home heating. The geographic location of Maricopa County also is a contributing factor.

Pinal County to Gov. Brewer: Help solve dust problem

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A storm in Pinal County a week and a half ago is still kicking up dust, and a local leader has a unique proposition to solve the problem once and for all.

That dust storm at Picacho Peak shows what poor air quality can lead to in the county. Two dozen cars, trucks and big rigs piled up on Interstate 10 in little to no visibility. One person was killed.

Wood Burning Handbook

Pinal County Air Quality is asking you to help clear the air of wood smoke. In this handbook you will find information about the air pollutants in wood smoke, health effects of smoke, how wood burns, why it smokes and how you can reduce wood smoke pollution.

One way to reduce pollution is to give up or sacrifice creature comforts. Remember the “Don't drive, one in five” campaign? I do. Personally, due to economics, I have almost completely given up driving. I do not heat my home at all and keep the TV off most of the time. By reducing consumption, you will reduce pollution.

The key word is SACRIFICE! Most people will refuse to give up anything, but will be the first to complain about everything. These people are in need of a serious attitude adjustment. We have just one planet to call home.

Thursday, December 22, 2011, Maricopa, Arizona: Christmas turkey and toy distribution goes in an orderly fashion for a change.

I'm very pleased to announce that this evening's Christmas turkey and gift distribution in Maricopa was executed in an orderly and efficient manner without any unpleasant incidents. I was really surprised to see the Maricopa Police Department instruct people to line up in an orderly fashion. Upon signing up, recipients were issued a numbered tag. This tag would then be exchanged for a turkey and a box of fixings. In the past, people would rush the gates and act like animals. When large groups of people gather, bad things often happen unless there's a police presence.

Myself and a group of friends spent the day and enjoyed a tailgate party including smoked sausages and potato salad. This has become one of my annual traditions.

While enjoying food and friends, the police rolled in the Mobile Command Center. This large piece of equipment was the result of a grant from the Gila River Indian Community. Normally, it sits unused for much of the year. Once in a while, it can be seen at holiday DUI enforcement operations along SR 347.

I spent several minutes speaking with a gentleman that seemed really opposed to this command center being present. He thought it represented the police state and oppression. Many people in Maricopa have lost confidence with the police department due to a few "bad apples". I told him that unruly people and their behavior will normally dictate the level of police involvement. I went on to tell him how things were the previous year. Of course, in a more perfect world, there would be no need for the police. I thought it was good to have that unit out in the field. I'm sure there was some training and experience gained from its' deployment.

To refresh your memories, this is how I saw things last year. It was ugly. There was no other way to describe the events I witnessed.

Christmas Turkey Distribution Creates Threat to Public Safety

I would like to thank the F.O.R. food bank volunteers for their undying commitment to providing food to needy families. I would also like to thank the Maricopa Police and Fire Departments for their ability to contain the crowd consisting of many uncivilized savages.

I was appalled at how some people acted, particularly the ghetto Negroes that were ready to “chimp out” over a $6.00 turkey and a few cans of vegetables. Again, you were judged by the content of your character and I would like to thank the F.O.R. food bank volunteers for their undying commitment to providing food to needy families. I would also like to thank the Maricopa Police and Fire Departments for their ability to contain the crowd consisting of many uncivilized savages. More:

As with any holiday season, we have a few SCROOGE ALERTS. In a more perfect world, the scumbags that do horrible things during the Christmas season, would be swinging by the neck from light standards for all to see.

REPORT: Don King's turkey donation delayed when truck is hijacked

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. -- Only in America? A publicist for boxing promoter Don King reports that a truck full of Christmas turkeys intended for distribution this morning was hijacked and found abandoned near Pompano Beach, with the formerly frozen turkeys heading south.

Hundreds of people had lined up at the former Palm Beach Jai Alai stadium for the turkey distribution Friday morning on 45th Street in Riviera Beach, but now they will have to wait until Monday, said King publicist Robert Weneck.

Maricopa, Arizona's SCROOGE ALERT!

Electrical District #3, without any advance warning has changed their billing cycle in December. Their Christmas gift to us "valued customers" (sarcasm) is TWO electric bills due in December. Ba! Humbug! I spoke with a number of ED #3 customers over the past couple of days and all of them are unhappy about what will ultimately become a financial hardship for many low income families. If a customer cannot pay after 15 days, they get disconnected.

Electrical District No. 3 of Pinal County

Electrical District No. 3 of Pinal County (“ED3” or “District”) is a political subdivision of the State of Arizona formed in 1926 as a Special District by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. ED3 is a nonprofit utility with a seven (7) member Board of Directors and its purpose is to: a) provide affordable irrigation pumping to agricultural customers and b) to provide power at the lowest possible cost within sound business principles.

ED3 is organized with the authority, rights, and privileges to distribute electrical power and energy to all within its service area pursuant to what is now Chapter 12 of Title 48 of the Arizona Revised Statutes. ED3 is similar to Salt River Project (SRP) serving both rural and urban electric customer needs in western Pinal County.

After Action Report: Friday, December 16, 2011, The BBC tours the infamous Vekol Valley with the National Socialist Movement

In advance of our upcoming anti drug and human smuggling operation planned for late January 2012, a producer and camera crew from the BBC Channel 3, London toured the Vekol Valley with the National Socialist Movement. Five members, a supporter and canine Bailey assembled at my home on this crisp and cool morning despite short notice and it being a work day. Prior to embarking, I conducted my usual safety and "rules of engagement" briefing.

Afterward, we traveled a back route frequently used by drug smugglers that transport loads of marijuana to "stash" houses in my neighborhood. Many of these homes were recently raided in October's Operation Pipeline Express.

Our destination was Interstate 8 on the Maricopa/Pinal County line. This area has been called one of the most dangerous pieces of real estate between Phoenix and Mexico. During the last two years, this particular area has been the site of multiple shootings, murders of Mexican nationals and extensive law enforcement manhunts.

During our drive to the "A.O." (Area Of Operation), I observed a Pinal County public works vehicle, a PCSO deputy and a BLM ranger parked on the northbound shoulder of Ralston Road, just north of SR 84. Apparently, the road crew discovered items, including black colored water jugs left behind by illegal aliens.

Frequently, the presence of trash (clothing, bottles, blankets) usually indicates that the illegal aliens were picked up and are more than likely long gone and possibly being held for ransom at a drop house in Phoenix. I drove home the point that this illegal trade is an "industry" of exploitation. Often, illegal aliens/immigrants find themselves worse off in the United States than they ever were in Mexico.

Upon arriving at our destination, myself, ST J. Smith and ST R. Smith gave interviews as to how we and the NSM felt about the border situation in Arizona. I focused on drugs, human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of children as being reasons why the border should be secured. I emphasized that we were here to observe and report unlawful activities and that we were NOT vigilantes taking the law into our own hands. It was ST R. Smith and ST J. Smith's first time in front of the camera. I'm very pleased to report that they performed well above my normally high expectations.

The close proximity to Interstate 8 was why this area is so popular among drug and human traffickers. Our interstate highway system connects every state and major city in the country. Illegal drugs are able to be ordered and shipped to customers with the almost same efficiency as Fed EX and UPS. After their capture, drug smugglers and cartel members have actually bragged about this.

I also described the detrimental environmental and agricultural (cattle ranching) impacts of this flow of illegal traffic through the desert. As part of NSM-AZ's desert operations, we collect and recycle trash illegal aliens leave behind. Yes, the NSM has gone "green". During 2011, the Arizona Unit collected over 2000 pounds of trash. Today, we collected and removed eight bicycles left behind by illegal aliens. I'll be taking them to the local recycling center this weekend.

In addition to patrolling for unlawful activities, I explained that we offer humanitarian aid in the form of water and first aid to anyone that needs it. Again, I pointed out that securing the border would relieve our country (and even Mexico) of many problems. It would also help end the cruel exploitation of our neighbors to the south. They are frequently duped by greedy criminals into paying to come here for "a better life" only to find themselves abused, assaulted, robbed, held hostage or sold into prostitution. We cannot move forward until the border is secured first.

As usual, ST Thora Jaeger, did an excellent job, juggling several cameras and taking the majority of the still photos on this outing. In the photographs, you will notice the tractor trailer trucks and our closeness to Interstate 8. It takes drug and human smugglers only a few seconds to load their cargo (whether it drugs or human) and drive away.

Last, but certainly not least, SGT S. Dietrich, who "watched our six" (covered our backs) during the interviews, and his wife were also present. Sepp's wife was kind enough to greet the BLM Rangers that passed by our position. I'm sure the BBC was caught off guard by the diverse group of people that make up our unit. Hopefully, they'll return for our big OP (operation) in January.

The BBC crosses the pond, pays NSM-AZ a visit and goes out to the Vekol Valley to investigate drug and human smuggling.

On this sunny, but crisp Friday morning, members of the Arizona Unit of the National Socialist Movement and a crew from the BBC venture out to the infamous Vekol Valley to our favorite drug smuggling corridor to explain our interesting and important roles as volunteer civilian border operators. The illegal immigration issue is really heating up in Arizona. The government is taking actions that will make our border less secure and put more US Citizens in danger. Well, to put it simply, “The feces hit the rotor”. An after action report will follow at a later date.

Feds may reduce number of Guard troops at U.S. border

TUCSON - One year ago this week, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in a shootout in a remote smuggling area near here. Since then, federal authorities have ramped up the number of agents patrolling the entire southwestern border, particularly the region where he was shot.

"We've put more people into those canyons," said Alan Bersin, the Customs and Border Protection commissioner. "The level of violence has come down. ... We are taking back this corridor. The progress is quite obvious. We're determined that Brian Terry did not die in vain."

Having actually encountered the National Guard in some of the most useless positions along the Mexican border, I see little or no impact in them being deployed or not. The entire National Guard deployment on the Mexican border was a dog and pony show. Did they catch any bad guys? Did they seize drugs? No! They weren't allowed to.

On one occasion, we came across some guardsmen just east of the Port Of Entry in Sasabe, AZ. They all looked very youthfully inexperienced and were positioned where there was almost no chance of observing any unlawful activity. On top of that, guardsmen were ordered not to engage persons invading the United States, which was contrary to the oath they swore upon enlisting.

US to leave Mexican border crossing to rangers

(AP) BIG BEND NATIONAL PARK, Texas — The bloody drug war in Mexico shows no sign of relenting. Neither do calls for tighter border security amid rising fears of spillover violence.

This hardly seems a time the U.S. would be willing to allow people to cross the border legally from Mexico without a customs officer in sight. But in this rugged, remote West Texas terrain where wading across the shallow Rio Grande undetected is all too easy, federal authorities are touting a proposal to open an unmanned port of entry as a security upgrade.

The way I see it, they've (the Feds) gone totally INSANE!!! By the spring, kiosks could open up in Big Bend National Park allowing people from the tiny Mexican town of Boquillas del Carmen to scan their identity documents and talk to a customs officer in another location, at least 100 miles away.

The Government has not considered the possibility that documents may not be in the hands of the rightful possessor. This is an open door to fraud and quite the opposite of a "security upgrade" People would have to be stupid to believe this horse shit could work correctly. Perhaps, these are some of the same idiots and morons that cooked up "Fast and Furious".

I learned quite a bit about fraudulent documents while working for A.C.F. (Arizona Coupons and Flyers) General Media Corp. in Mesa, AZ some years ago, there were three Sergio Espinoza's on the payroll. By the way, A.C.F. did knowingly hire illegal aliens. The CEO, Dan Klein, even wanted me to personally find and hire them. Each “Sergio” was committing fraud and/or identity theft.

The government is suggesting that kiosks will keep the wrong people on the correct side of the border? Here's the problem... Who is going to check to make sure that that identity card wasn't sold to somebody else? Who is going to physically match the identity card to the person holding it? Is the US Government going to rely on the "honor system"?

'Sad day for America,' Arpaio says of DOJ report

PHOENIX (AP/KPHO) -Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says a scathing U.S. Justice Department report about his office's law enforcement tactics marks what he calls "a sad day for America as a whole."

Paul Babeu Doesn't Trust DOJ Report on Joe Arpaio's Racial Profiling Practices; Says Timing's Meant to Distract From "Fast and Furious"

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu says he hasn't had a chance to read the U.S. Department of Justice's report on Joe Arpaio's committing some of the worst acts of racial profiling in U.S. history, but that isn't stopping him from chiming in and bashing the feds.

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said, "I have little faith and trust in the U.S. Department of Justice after the actions, subsequent cover up and failure to accept responsibility regarding Operation Fast and Furious. The fact they chose today to release their findings was only done to take the attention away from themselves. Today marks the one year anniversary since the murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry."

Of course the "Arpaio hating" Phoenix New Times and their anarchist/Commie followers mock the Pinal County Sheriff's legitimate concerns with profanity laced comments.

“I'm a 9th generation American and patriot (1737). My forefathers served in the Pennsylvania Militia. On June 27, 1781, they were called to perform a tour of duty. I'm still protecting freedom and securing the border, 274 years later.” --Harry L Hughes III

Eric Holder and the DOJ Get Butt-hurt over "Fast and Furious". Now, DOJ's after Arizona & Sheriff Joe Arpaio for SB1070 and stopping crime.

U.S. Justice Department: The same government agency that brought us "Fast and Furious" and lied through their teeth about it. I think that blows the Fed's credibility right out of the water. I've lived in Arizona for 26 years and even met Sheriff Joe Arpaio at a number of his public speaking engagements. I see this report as just one more government lie to open up our southern border to terrorists, sexual exploitation of children, criminal gangs and drug smuggling.

Remember, the banks, Wall Street investors and politicians ALL profit from the multi-billion dollar drug/human smuggling trade and will stop at nothing to keep their cash cow alive. This inquisition has nothing to do with civil rights and everything to do with money.

Feds say MCSO violated civil rights in immigration efforts

PHOENIX - The federal government issued a scathing report Thursday that outlines how Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office has committed a wide range of civil rights violations against Latinos, including a pattern of racial profiling and discrimination and carrying out heavy-handed immigration patrols based on racially charged citizen complaints.

The report, obtained by The Associated Press ahead of its release, is a result of the U.S. Justice Department's three-year investigation of Arpaio's office amid complaints of racial profiling and a culture of bias at the agency's top level.

The Justice Department's conclusions in the civil probe mark the federal government's harshest rebuke of a national political fixture who has risen to prominence for his immigration crackdowns and became coveted endorsement among candidates in the GOP presidential field.

DHS ends cooperation deal with Arizona sheriff

The Civil Rights Division of U.S. Justice Department today said a three-year investigation finds that Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office has engaged in a "culture of bias" involving racial profiling and a widespread pattern of discrimination of Latinos.

READ: The Full Report

Here is the DHS statement:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is troubled by the Department of Justice's (DOJ) findings of discriminatory policing practices within the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO). Discrimination undermines law enforcement and erodes the public trust. DHS will not be a party to such practices. Accordingly, and effective immediately, DHS is terminating MCSO's 287(g) jail model agreement and is restricting the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office access to the Secure Communities program. DHS will utilize federal resources for the purpose of identifying and detaining those individuals who meet U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement's (ICE) immigration enforcement priorities. The Department will continue to enforce federal immigration laws in Maricopa County in smart, effective ways that focus our resources on criminal aliens, recent border crossers, repeat and egregious immigration law violators and employers who knowingly hire illegal labor. More...

Meanwhile, next door in Pinal County, Shereiff Paul Babeu's deputies are performing the exact same type of traffic stops as Sheriff Joe Arpaio's deputies. The fact of the matter is, Hispanic/Mexican male and female suspects out number white suspects. This is not racial profiling, especially, when may of these traffic stops occur at night and the officer that makes contact has no idea what race/ethnicity or how many subjects are in the vehicle until after it's stopped.

Being in close proximity to Mexico is the reason so many criminals are Mexicans or of Hispanic ancestry. Only a fool would not take this into consideration. Of course, clueless liberals and the DOJ are areas where one can find large concentrations of clueless liberals fools. I'm saying that there are some liberals out there that have a clue. This is not directed towards them.

Traffic Stop Turns Up Guns, Drugs and Stolen ID’s

On 12-11-11, at approximately 8:30 p.m., a PCSO deputy on patrol heading eastbound on U.S. 60 conducted a routine vehicle registration check on a light blue, 2000 Nissan Altima.

Pictured are the items confiscated during the traffic stop. After the check came back negative for highway use, the deputy initiated a traffic stop, to which the driver complied and pulled to a complete stop along shoulder at mile post 215. More...

Needless to say, today's news events will have absolutely no affect on ongoing and upcoming USBG and NSM counter drug and human smuggling actrivities in southern Arizona. “Criminal profiling” and “racial profiling” are two completely different things.

Needless to say, today's news events, might be a bombshell to Maricopa County, but they will have absolutely no affect on ongoing and upcoming USBG and NSM counter drug and human smuggling actrivities in southern Arizona. Our patrols will continue and probably intensify. “Criminal profiling” and “racial profiling” are two completely different things. We know who we are looking for.

Out in the field, we do not look at race, religion or national origin. There are plenty of "OTM's" (Other Than Mexican) out on the desert bringing nothing but evil, suffering, pain, misery and death to the United States of America. If you are a drug smuggler, gang member, child molester, we will be patrolling for you.

Oddly, during more than two years of desert operations, not one "person of interest" encountered was white, black or Asian. I'm sure a similar situation has been encountered in Maricopa County. And No! It's not RACIST! We just have more "brown" criminals.

Unfortunately, too many cowardly people are too damn scared to admit the truth because they will be called a racist.

After Action Report: NSM- AZ conducts desert recon training, unit meeting and celebrates Yule

On Sunday, December 11, 2011, proud members of the Arizona Unit of the National Socialist Movement gathered primarily to conduct briefings and gather intelligence for our upcoming border operation scheduled towards the end of January. We also conducted a meeting and celebrated the Yule with food, fun and a very large bonfire in my backyard. We value these times we have together to further educate ourselves, promote positive agendas and enjoy some well deserved leisure time with our comrades.

My first briefing covered the equipment needed for our border operation. Even a basic list of needed equipment was quite lengthy. Items including, tent sleeping bag, water, extra food, firearms, ammunition, first aid kit, extra clothing, assorted protective gear, flashlights, batteries, two-way radios, pencil and paper were considered essential.

After going through the list, we deployed to the desert area south of Interstate 8 in the Sonoran Desert National Monument. It couldn't be a better day to be outdoors. It was sunny and in the upper 60's.

Having arrived at our remote destination, I advised all personnel on rules of conduct out in the field. Not long after arriving, a red car approached us. Almost instinctively, some of the less experienced patrol volunteers made observations and comments regarding whether or not the approaching vehicle was "friend or foe". One always must be alert in this potentially dangerous area.

Fortunately, the vehicle was occupied by friendly people out for a drive. It always pleases me to see people using our public lands for their intended purpose of recreation, not drug/human smuggling. The driver of this vehicle was also thoughtful enough to be armed.

Having completed our field assessments and instruction, we left the area and made a short stop at the Farmers Convenience Store, a local hot spot of unlawful activities including drugs, liquor violations, public urination, indecent exposure, drunk driving and a myriad of other criminal offenses.

NSM Media was on hand to shoot some video of the desert activity and the interesting observations we made at the Farmers Convenience Store.

This brief tour was a very educational experience. A Mexican male wearing a cowboy hat, fancy western style shirt and a big shiny "Sinaloa" belt buckle approached me. Sinaloa is a state in Mexico and also the name of a violent drug cartel. It turned out that he was looking to buy firearms. It wouldn't surprise me if any firearms he manages to come up with will find their way to cartel members for use in drug smuggling activities.

Having seen more than enough for the day, we returned to "Rancho Muerte" a.k.a. "Aryan Acres for a meeting and fiery Yule celebration. The menu included Polish sausage, beer brats, baked beans and sauerkraut.

I ignited the fire and soon there were flames shooting 30 feet into the air. We noticed that the Mexicans next door had their eyes glued to the fire. For once, I was able to have a BBQ and fire without law enforcement intervention. Once everyone had their fill and the fire died down my guests made their way home.

Riding in the Desert: Child Sexual Exploitation, Drug Running, Human Smuggling and Violence

Nearby is the infamous Vekol Valley, the largest hotbed of drug and human smuggling in the United States and where a Pinal County Deputy was shot in April 2010. Vekol is surrounded by nasty mountain ranges on both sides. There is wide-open desert starting from mile marker 160 on I-8 and stretching all the way to Mexico. Because of the terrain, Vekol acts as a funnel. As we drove into the area, I could feel that it just wasn’t a safe place to be.

Cartels also take advantage of the Tohono O’odham Indian Reservation on the west side of Vekol Valley. They use it as an entry point, marry into Indian families so they can live on the reservation and, if a village is small enough, cartel members will simply walk in and take property by lethal force.

Despite Government numbers and media reports, there are still plenty of illegal aliens to remove from western Pinal County and Maricopa, AZ

Although the government via media tells us that there are fewer illegal aliens entering the United States, I can say that there are still plenty around in western Pinal County and Maricopa. During our last National Socialist Movement trash collection near Interstate 8 and Freeman Road, we were less than an hour behind three subjects that dropped their blankets, sleeping bag, backpacks and canned pork and hominy soup. If anything, we should at least be charging them with littering before we deport them.

11:00AM on Wednesday, December 7, 2011. . .

Thora, Bailey and I took a short recon to the area approximately 4 miles west from my location. There's has been lots of recent ATV traffic. We also discovered some homemade straps and a black jug. Near the cattle guard was a 4'x 6' sheet of 1/2" plywood. We picked up the beer cans and grabbed the plywood.

Upon exiting the area, an extra cab Ford PU occupied by three Hispanic male subjects approached. They saw us and the plywood sticking out of the back of my truck. They turned around and made a beeline eastbound towards civilization and disappeared.

Arrests at Mexican border continue to drop

WASHINGTON -- Arrests of illegal immigrants along the U.S. border with Mexico are at the lowest level since the Nixon administration, indicating that fewer people are attempting to cross the border to live or work in the United States. The development could change the debate on illegal immigration from securing the border to handling the people who are already here.

Although arrests may be down, that's not an excuse or invitation to stop or slow down efforts to find, apprehend and deport illegal aliens in this country. They are plenty around and we should not back off one bit.

Illegal aliens that are repeatedly burdening our immigration system should work off some of their expenses while serving time at prison farms. That should slow the flow.

MCSO: Man deported from the United States fourteen times

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office arrested five suspected undocumented immigrants Monday night, including a man who has been deported from the United States 14 times.

According to MCSO, Juan Ramos-Alegria was the driver of the group. MCSO said that just one week ago, he had been deported from Colorado. It was reportedly the 14th time that has happened to him.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio said, “I will continue the crackdown on illegal immigration despite the threats and intimidation of my critics and certain politicians. We will enforce all the illegal immigration laws by raiding private businesses, human smuggling and crime suppression operations. This is unconscionable and irresponsible to continue to allow these smugglers to return to the U.S. after being deported." I have to agree with Sheriff Joe. It's most certainly unconscionable and irresponsible. Secure the border and punish offenders.

Illegal immigrant amnesty concern helps tie up sex-trafficking crackdown by Marco Rubio

U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio is pushing for a tough anti-sex trafficking law, but it’s partly being held up due to concerns about abetting illegal immigration.

“Oftentimes, the victims are people who are brought here illegally or are here and their visa expired,” Rubio said. “And they’re terrified about cooperating with prosecutors against their pimps or the organized crime syndicate because they believe they’re going to be deported.”

There should be absolutely NO Amnesty. NONE! ZERO! The tax paying American citizens are the true victims in these amnesty scams. Despite our objections, we are forced to pay and pay and pay.

Securing U.S. border: Good campaign promise which is hard to keep

AUSTIN, Texas -Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich have promised to complete a nearly 1,950-mile fence. Michele Bachmann wants a double fence. Ron Paul pledges to secure the nation’s southern border by any means necessary, and Rick Perry says he can secure it without a fence — and do so within a year of taking office as president.

These slimy creatures called politicians will sell their souls for a vote. They will tell you anything and I mean anything no matter how unrealistic or unbelievable. Compulsive liars, they are. Every last one of them. Yet, the dumbasses known as “Boobas Americanas Ingnoranus” will still put them in office.

Neighborhood Patrol: Cleaning up the F.O.R. food bank in Maricopa. AZ. Do some people like being unsanitary when it comes to feces and urine?

Do some people like or enjoy being unsanitary when it comes to feces and urine? I'm almost sure that I'm one of the very few people on this planet that has asked this mind boggling question. One has to wonder, though. The minute I tried to clean up my neighborhood, I was greeted with spite, malice, threats and hatred. I did some reading and discovered that Uganda and Nigeria are not all that different than Maricopa, AZ.

Maricopa is well on its' way to becoming a Third World toilet because its' residents (legal and illegal) lack the common decency, initiative and/or motivation to exercise civilized 21st century sanitation practices. Many of Maricopa's residents prefer to leave their excrement on the ground wherever it happens to be convenient. Myself and others are witnessing this first hand. Don't dismiss this problem as myth because you don't like it. That big pile you discover on your front lawn some morning may not have come from a stray dog.

The Toilet Named Nigeria

Is it really only 33 million Nigerians? One is afraid that here’s one occasion when statisticians have pegged the figure too low. Nigeria – as I wrote three years ago – may be described as one vast toilet. Anybody who has traveled from Lagos to Onitsha by road knows that there isn’t one single rest area with toilet facilities along the route. At stops in Ore or Benin City, pressed passengers must hurry off into the brushes, gingerly skating around others’ feces, in order to relieve themselves.

I'm sure most Maricopans would cringe and scream if I wrote an article titled, "The Toilet Named Maricopa". People would ignore the truth and attack the messenger. I would respond in turn with some comment, like, “The feces hits the rotor.” A special thanks goes out to my geology professor Dr. William R. Brice for the "rotor" expression.

All I'd have to do is substitute Maricopa for Nigeria... “Long habituated to inhuman conditions, many Nigerians have ceased noticing those peeing or defecating in the open. Or, when we notice, too many of us have lost our sense of outrage at the oddity. Public acts of pissing and defecation have become – more or less – normal, part and parcel of our social experience and landscape.” Yes! It's happening!

Uganda, Kamuli District: sanitation campaign succeeds in raising latrine coverage

“Bulungu village in Namwendwa sub-county had no pit-latrine and the residents had turned anthills into latrines,” Mulindwa noted. The district health educator, David Mbadhwe, said the district council passed a resolution under which a punishment of six months jail term was imposed on those who did not have pit-latrines. Mulindwa said they targeted having pit-latrine coverage of 90% by 2010.

If a backwards and primitive Third World country like Uganda can clean up and provide adequate sanitation, why is it so unpopular to want to better conditions in the United States? Of course, imposing a six month jail term might have bee the incentive needed to get people to comply. Maybe this is what Maricopa, AZ needs.

During the past week (11/25 – 12/01), members and supporters of the National Socialist Movement collected 671 pounds of trash from the Sonoran Deseret National Monument and from the easement to the east of the F.O.R. Food bank. Imagine if everyone were to get involved and clean up our town. Get off your asses and make Maricopa a better place. (YTD total: 1910 lbs.)

As many of you can imagine, being a public and vocal figure presents risks and hazards. There are always going to be people that hate your guts and will stop at nothing to "poop in your punchbowl". Once again, my home and property were attacked.

111126100 Criminal Damage DAMAGE PROP (DESCRIBE OFFENSE)
Incident Address : 49000 BLOCK OF W VAL VISTA RD
Time Reported: 10:47
Time Occurred between: 10:45:55 11/26/11 - 10:45:55 11/26/11

I didn't have any problems with vandalism or intruders since the Bonefield's from across the street moved out approximately two months ago. Oddly, the morning there was a criminal problem at my home, Cal Bonefield and another subject were observed across the street. It appeared that Bonefield was removing PVC pipe from what I thought was his abandoned or foreclosed home.

I advised the responding deputy that there were issues with the subject across the street and that Bonefield's presence and the criminal damage to my property may or may not have been a coincidence. This was also the first time my home was unattended for 24 hours since the Bonefield's moved out.

F.O.R. Food Bank, Maricopa, Arizona: F.O.R. personnel look the other way and blame dogs for infectious human waste deposited by food bank patrons

An ongoing, embarrassing and ignored health and safety problem exists at the F.O.R. food bank in Maricopa, Arizona. Due to the lack of sanitation facilities, patrons are urinating and defecating on and around the premises located at 19235 Gunsmoke, Maricopa, AZ 85139. I abhor this behavior and find it revolting to the point, it's extremely difficult for me to even write about. However, since public safety is my primary concern, I must write about and expose this subhuman, uncivilized, unsanitary and filthy behavior.

Many of the culprits are of Mexican/Mestizo origin. They bring their culture to the United States and now, our country is literally becoming a Third World toilet. There are well documented cases of this happening all around the country. I have mentioned this in previous posts and have provided links there.

During my employment at Cardinal Glass Industries in Casa Grande, Arizona (2005-2007), I discovered (witnessed) that the Mexican employees refused to use the restroom facilities provided in a sanitary manner. They were absolutely disgusting. Piles of used toilet paper littered the floor. One could smell shit before entering the restroom. Someone even stole the automatic air freshener along with the batteries.

Imagine what they do when there are no facilities provided. Well? What!? They revert to animal behavior and "take care of business" wherever they please, even in public among other people. They simply don't care, hence the “animal” reference.

This disgusting behavior also occurred at businesses, including a liquor store, adjacent to the Star Nursery myself and the National Socialist Movement protested against in Las Vegas, Nevada last June. The culprits were illegal alien day laborers that loitered around the premises. You can't just make stuff like this up. It's really happening.

36-601. Public nuisances dangerous to public health

15. The maintenance of public assemblage or places of assemblage without providing adequate sanitary facilities. Open surface privies are adequate sanitary facilities if they are outside populous areas and meet reasonable health requirements.

13-1402. Indecent exposure; exception; classification

A. A person commits indecent exposure if he or she exposes his or her genitals or anus or she exposes the areola or nipple of her breast or breasts and another person is present, and the defendant is reckless about whether the other person, as a reasonable person, would be offended or alarmed by the act.

Public Urination Still Illegal in Arizona, Appeals Court Finds

An Arizona appellate court ruled today that it is still illegal to take a piss wherever you feel like it and that Tucson's ordinance against public urination is not violating the Constitution.

A Pima County man, convicted of public urination in a Pima County Superior Court and sentenced to a year of probation, appealed his conviction, claiming the urination law was vague.

Protecting illegal aliens

If you support illegal aliens, then YOU are a racist. Some of these illegal alien "jaywalkers" that you referenced have also murdered, raped, stolen, robbed, molested children, committed fraud, etc. Most illegal aliens are NOT precious little angels, despite your attempt to portray them as such. The 287(g) program makes immigration law enforcement a local responsibility, whether you like it or not. If we deport an illegal alien, the illegal alien and his family can go back to their home country together if they so desire. Nobody is forcing the illegal alien and his family to live apart from each other. There is no such thing as a "good" illegal alien. All illegal aliens are lawbreakers who have shown that they have no respect for our laws. Deport them all.

Monday, November 28, 2011: There was more trouble at the F.O.R. food bank

While I was walking my dog, a dark complected male subject wearing baggy pants, a white sweater and backwards cap entered the structure and in plain view opened his pants and exposed his penis. Right before my eyes, he urinated. I raised my camera and caught a few pictures of this disgusting person.

After realizing that he was caught in the act, this "person" who I will for now on refer to as "penis man" became visibly agitated and angry at me. I was obviously the "bad guy" because he was breaking the law and I saw him do it. He went back to the F.O.R. property and apparently told Wendy Webb, director of F.O.R., that I pulled a gun on him. I was heavily armed with a Canon A1200 12.1 MP and was loaded with an 8 GB memory card that was locked and loaded. My aim was dead on.

Several minutes later, multiple units from the Maricopa Police Department responded. The officers talked to "penis man" and had him pulled aside for several minutes. The officers did not approach me or ask me any questions. I guess they weren't buying his bundle of lies. Those particular officers left and waved at me as they exited the parking lot.

Not long after, more Maricopa police officers arrived. Perhaps, my suggestions of providing some security and crowd control did not fall on deaf ears, for once. I walked over to one of the officers and engaged him in conversation. I spoke about the sanitary problems and the serious issue of adults exposing their genitalia in close proximity to other adults and children. I showed him the pictures I took of "penis man". ("Penis man" arrived as a passenger in a red Chevy Trailblazer bearing an Arizona registration of AC18268.)

The officer and I came to the mutual conclusion that F.O.R. should provide facilities of some sort. That would be the right thing to do. Without proper sanitation, people become disgusting animals. Officers were also posted to the rear of the parking lot in an attempt to keep other people from openly urinating and defecating.

Get off your couches and come out of your cubicals and see what the real world is like. It's ugly and it stinks because nobody wants to rock the boat and force offenders to make changes. Are you too afraid of being called a racist for exposing the truth? If that's the way you feel, you deserve to find yourselves up to your necks in human excrement.

The Farmers Convenience Store, Maricopa, AZ. . . home to suspected illegal aliens, dope fiends and infectious human waste

Sunday, November 27, 2011, at approximately 9:00 AM I visited the swap meet behind the Farmers Convenience store at 49301 W Papago Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85139. Immediately upon my arrival, I detected the strong smell of marijuana. I also quickly discovered that what appeared to be illegal aliens (U.D.A.'s) were living in filthy squalor in a dilapidated structure located right behind the two story residence that is adjacent to the convenience store.

Also noticed in this area was the foul stench of feces, along with trash scattered all over the ground. Among this trash were beer bottles and what appeared to be the remains of a marijuana cigarette (slang..."joint", "roach").

I have reported, written about, photographed and complained about this disgusting example of humanity on multiple occasions. Apparently, the squeaky wheel has not received any grease, as of yet. This hideous example of what not to have in my neighborhood continues to operate unchecked. I have been documenting and reporting this "human cesspool" since August of 2009.

The residential area to the south of this hub of unlawful acts and poorly behaving "humans" is where I call home. Having such conditions that host such vile activities is completely unacceptable to myself and many others. Conditions like this might be acceptable in the Third World, but they have absolutely no place on my block.

During my latest visit, which lasted all but 30 minutes, I observed a drug deal and several liquor law violations. These events occur on a daily basis and I see nobody making an honest attempt at bringing this deplorable situation to a final solution.

As a direct result of government's failure to enforce laws and ordinances, I will continue to observe and photograph these unlawful acts until I become a bigger nuisance than the Farmers Convenience Store. I may even organize a "citizen's committee" to picket this establishment.

As clearly illustrated by my photographs, the Farmers Convenience Store needs to be shut down for good. This store has become a festering infection on Thunderbird Farms, Papago Buttes,Hidden Valley and surrounding areas.

As of Sunday, November 27, 2011, despite being unlawful, "Spice" was seen on the shelf and for sale, along with other accessories associated with illegal drug use, at the Farmers Convenience Store.

Pot alternative known as 'spice' now illegal in Arizona

Spice, a chemically treated blend of herbs marketed as incense but often smoked as an alternative to marijuana, is now illegal in Arizona.

Gov. Jan Brewer held a ceremonial signing Tuesday for a bill classifying substances used to make spice as dangerous drugs. Anyone caught making, selling or possessing spice can be charged with a Class 2 felony, which carries a minimum four years in prison.

"All law enforcement that we are aware of certainly support the bill and will enforce it and will prosecute under it," said Brewer, who in fact signed the measure into law last Friday.

Synthetic Marijuana (Spice) Bill Signed Permanently into Law; Effective Immediately

The permanent ban has now been signed into Arizona law by Governor Jan Brewer, which takes effect immediately. Synthetic Marijuana (fake pot) was found to be responsible for such severe and sometimes fatal conditions including but not limited to seizures, strokes, high blood pressure, visual disturbances, heart dysfunctions and more. The synthetic Marijuana chemical compounds were found to be 700 times more potent then the authentic substances of the active ingredients in Marijuana.

Bill Montgomery, Maricopa County Attorney stated that those using, possessing or selling this drug should "consider themselves on notice". He vowed to aggressively prosecute those who have been charged or arrested for using, possessing or selling synthetic marijuana; and that this and similar drugs pose a threat to the citizens of Maricopa County.

Arizona State Legislature: ARS 13-3401 Definitions

I'm hopeful that Pinal County will have the same enthusiasm and motivation in going after offenders of this legislation that Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery appears to have.
