Due process is not a "loophole" or a "gap," no matter how loud the left cries about it

The only reason Western society is under attack is because we don't fight back through violent defense of our identity like most other cultures and peoples do. That passive apathy is almost seen as a positive trait, where white people want to talk things through, instead of taking up arms, but it's also basically a white flag of surrender to any objective morality or principles we traditionally hold. 

The fact that there was a plethora of firearms in the hands of the general population during the Second World War actually entered into the decision of the Japanese not to invade the United States West Coast. These are facts. People do not want an end to the Second Amendment. 

U.S. citizens have rights. For better or worse, those rights include the right to keep and bear arms. Rights cannot be denied (or delayed), without due process. If you want to deny someone their right to own any and all firearms, you should have to either, convict them of a crime or prove they are an imminent threat to a specific individual or group (like is done with a domestic violence protective restraining order or with an involuntary commitment to a mental health institution).

I'd they'd known upholding due process was going to make people cry… That’s the logical explanation, at least. NBC News’ Luke Russert wants you to know that he saw victims of gun violence weeping in the lobby after the gun control measures failed to pass. Let’s hope those Republican senators who let the Constitution cloud their judgment feel pretty bad about themselves right about now. Some 800,000 people are on watch lists, and when you pass laws that affect 99.9% of law abiding gun owners, it's obviously clear. The one item was the terrorist watch list, Democrats wanted you to have no way to challenge being one the list. How authoritarian, huh? The constitution provides that the government cannot deprive you of your rights without due process. 

The real problem is that the government is terrified of charging people, lest they look politically incorrect. Too dangerous to fly, too dangerous to buy a gun means that the suspected person needs to be charged with conspiracy or making a real and credible threat. Due process is not a "loophole" or a "gap," no matter how much the left bleats about it. 

Everyone knows (common knowledge) the left's ultimate goal is a total ban of firearms and pursue such flagrantly unconstitutional means, like secret lists, managed by secret bureaucrats proves it. One only needs to look at the unlawful actions by the Veterans Administration and the Social Security Administration to deny persons, they deem unfit to deny these basic rights to our Veterans and Seniors.

Forget due process, because according to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, it rests on Americans to “prove their innocence” if they desire to purchase a firearm. Back to the borderlands, following a long day serving as a prospective juror in a first degree murder trial

It was a pitiful sight to see. The Pinal County Superior Court summoned me to jury duty and I reported to the courthouse. Bailiff Dan, a tall bald man that asked us about the television show, "Night Court," instructed everyone to shut off their phones and pay attention to the proceedings. Out of approximately 90 people in the courtroom, no less than five people were playing with their phones.

Now, picture yourself as the defendant and one of these idiots was tasked with determining your fate. Remember, they weren't paying attention to the trial! I have to put partial blame on the clerks, who repeatedly told everyone about the free wi-fi, during the check-in and orientation process. As far as I'm concerned, there's no such thing as a fair trial.

I knew this day was coming. On multiple occasions, during the past few months, I've received jury questionnaires in the mail. Finally, I received the summons to report and it was only five days in advance. Bright and early, I made the long drive to Florence, AZ and the Pinal County Superior Court building. This was a first degree murder trial that was expected to last eight days.

According to the court officials, there were three criminal trials in need of jurors. Lucky me, got the biggest one. As I walked in, I immediately recognized the defendant, James Sunderland, who looked quite a bit different, compared to his 2013 booking photo. He was wearing a suit and had a fresh haircut.

It became obvious that I would not be selected to serve on this jury. Having connections with people (both, living and dead) associated with homicides, would have been the first of many causes for either side of this case to exclude and excuse me from service. By 3:30 pm, I was free to go home.

Mother and Boyfriend Arrested on Child Abuse Charges

On Tuesday, June 11th, 2013 both suspects were taken into custody at Phoenix Sky Harbor as they were attempting to fly to Alaska. The pair was taken to the Phoenix Police Department and booked into the Maricopa County Jail on the Bench Warrants. This editorial, via Al Jazeera, brings back a few memories of my days working at Freedom Marketing Corp. (1989-1992) I was a distribution coordinator for this advertising/political marketing firm owned by this nice Jewish family with the last name "Sunshine." No kidding! I wouldn't make something like this up. The office was located near the fire station at 3rd. St. and Fairmont in Phoenix. It was a classy neighborhood, complete with homeless people living under piles of cardboard between buildings. Some of those homeless people also worked for us.

Management at Freedom Marketing treated their "independent contractors" exactly like employees (according to definition). They even did away with minimum wage, by paying them a piece rate. A rate that was almost impossible for the drug addicts and alcoholics on the payroll to attain, even on their best day. Of course, travel time to the job area was not compensated. Apparently, somebody didn't like this unfair and unlawful treatment and dropped a dime on the Sunshine boys. The wrath of the IRS was about to come down upon the innocent and hard working Jews.

Before work, one morning, the HR person arrived with a stack of employment applications, I-9 and W-4 forms. All of a sudden, a company DBA "Ultimate Management Concepts" ceased to exist and everyone instantly became "employees" at Freedom Marketing Corp. It was almost like magic. Not long after, I brought a few skinheads on board. Surprisingly, I wasn't met with opposition.

I can tell you that working for Jews has its' moments. One of our workers, "Richard." was an almost 60 year old juvenile delinquent. He liked to drink vodka and smoke crack. For whatever reason, Richard missed one Friday and showed up to get his paycheck after the office closed. Well, Richard didn't get his check and Richard got angry.

Richard called the office on multiple occasions and left some messages for the Sunshine boys. He said, "where's my check you Jew prick.?" Later, he called with, "I want my check you fucking Kike!" Come Monday morning, I was called into the office and had to listen to Richard's messages with out busting out in laughter. In the end, Richard apologized and got to keep his job.

My second most unforgettable day working for this outfit came when CEO Calvin Sunshine, called me in the office and closed the door and talked about how the company didn't do all the contract work they claimed to do. I was fully aware that Freedom Marketing was "skimming" and failed to fully perform on almost all of their contracts. He said, "I scam, you scam, we all scam." Those were his exact words. What would you expect to come out of a guy's mouth that thought he was friends with disgraced Arizona politician and former governor, Fife Symington? Birds of a feather?

The "narrative" must always paint whites as inherently bad people and non-whites as some collective under-class, who are just trying to get out from under the heel of the brutal white masters. The black vs. White issue comes from behavior. The black community reacts violently to the slightest fault in any situation. After Action Report: NSM's Reclaim the Southwest, Las Vegas, Nevada

On Saturday June 25th, NSM members from Arizona, California, Las Vegas and Utah along with Supporters, protested illegal day laborers at the Star Nursery on Eastern Ave. When we arrived, a group of 8-10 illegal's were at the Nursery looking for work, but moved rather quickly across the street to the Circle K gas station.

With NSM and American flags waving in the wind, we received cheers, salutes, and thumbs up from many passing motorists whom were in support of our operation. Toward the end of the rally, a few anti's showed up across the street, but were quickly dispersed. All in all, the rally was a complete SUCCESS.

After the rally, a BBQ was held where our comrades could relax, and new plans were being set forth.

My being in Las Vegas over the weekend didn't stop my neighbor(Bonefield) from calling the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. I was over 320 miles away with multiple witnesses including the media. Just try to blame this crock of fecal material on me.

The National Socialist Movement held a rally against illegal immigration in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 25th, 2011, but one would not know it from consulting local media. Only one outlet, KVVU Channel 5, bothered to publish a report, and it was bare-bones. Most likely the local media was preoccupied with something called the Electric Daisy Carnival, which was basically a three-day rave attracting 250,000 people.

For the record, I never uttered one word to my accuser. The incident that landed me in court never happened. In fact, the prosecutor moved to dismiss the case. The judge refused.

As a result of this action, I'm going to make an attempt to get on the ballot for Justice of the Peace in J.P.#8 as a National Socialist candidate during the next election cycle.

I believe an openly racist person would be more fair than the current judge. I spent quite a bit of time observing this court and have yet to see one person to be found "not guilty". This has got to be statistically impossible.

Previously, I have unsuccessfully ran(sought appointments) for constable and school board(MUSD #42). Oddly, my political affiliations were not mentioned either time.

02/06/2010: Protest against ACORN in National City, California

I normally don’t like going to California. At one time in my past, I often traveled there on business and pleasure. Not anymore! I often find myself calling it The People’s Republic of California giving reference to Communist China because Californians are not nearly as free as they think. It’s most unfortunate that California is often the trend setter for other states.

The purpose of this particular visit was to protest the A.C.O.R.N. office in National City. I believe this organization which receives taxpayer funding, to be totally corrupt and needs to be exposed for what it is.

I personally, cannot idly sit on the sidelines and watch a taxpayer funded organization be a party to assisting anyone that engages in the smuggling of humans for the purposes of child prostitution. I can certainly take a day out of my schedule and stand in the pouring rain to get the message out.

ACORN California: Changing the name to protect the money

In what is tandamount to a PR press release, Kate Linthicum at the LA Times reports that ACORN California has broken away from it’s “embattled” national parent organization. Cited throughout the article are ACORN higher ups, expressing their concern over ACORN’s tarnished reputation, and their distraction with legal challenges interfering with the mission ACORN.

Despite the rain, our protest went on. National City Blvd. Was closed for several hours and traffic was re-routed. We did managed to attract a few spectators and one odd individual even returned with a megaphone in an attempt to tell us what he thought.

ACORN videos from National City, San Bernardino cause stir [Updated]

The chairman of the Republican Party in San Diego County and a Republican member of the Board of Supervisors have joined Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in calling for an investigation into ACORN.

Tony Krvaric, chairman of the local GOP, and Supervisor Bill Horn said they are particularly suspicious of the group's voter registration efforts in a local Assembly race and a San Diego City Council race, both won by Democrats.

An undercover video shot at the group's office in National City purports to show workers willing to help someone interested in setting up a prostitution ring, possibly with girls from Tijuana. The video has been shown nationally on commentator Sean Hannity's Fox News program.

Non of our "usual opponents" bothered to show up to counter demonstrate. Normally, the ARA, anarchists, Brown Berets and pro-illegal immigration groups will engage in protests against us. These groups often number in the hundreds. Apparently, they are not motivated enough to stand out in the rain for a couple of hours. Perhaps, the rain would have been too much like taking a shower.

It could be quite possible that ACORN is running out of friends. How could anyone possibly turn out to demonstrate in favor of voter fraud, political corruption, human smuggling and child prostitution? Keep in mind that Barack Obama is very good friends with ACORN.
