Has the Justice System Run Amuck in Maricopa, Arizona?

A Foreign Public Minister of Justice, and Ambassador: David-Lehi, of a foreign corporation sole was stopped for a wide turn. This minor infraction has turned into a nightmare. Lehi was arrested for D.U.I. Although, he stated to the police that he had immunity, he was still processed. He presented his official credentials to the officer and they were simply ignored.

The Foreign Public Minister has undergone duress, cohesion, and threat of imprisonment to comply with the Scott Sully, Maricopa's Justice of the Peace's(J.P. #8) orders. This includes the wearing of a monitoring device. Even though the courts and the officer have violated several international laws and the law of nations in my opinion, and in the opinion of several others.

The Foreign Public Minister: David-Lehi Submitted his letter of appointment and his Foreign Public Minister Paperwork and it was overlooked as if it wasn't there. Apparently, the City of Maricopa doesn't recognize the unique status of diplomats.

Diplomatic immunity is a form of legal immunity and a policy held between governments, which ensures that diplomats are given safe passage and are considered not susceptible to lawsuit or prosecution under the host country's laws (although they can be expelled). It was agreed as international law in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), though the concept and custom have a much longer history.

The CORPORATION SOLE: Under the English law corporations are distinguished in the first place as being either aggregate or sole. A corporation aggregate consists of several persons united in a society and maintained by a perpetual succession of members. A corporation sole consists of one person only, and the successors of that person in some particular station or office. The King of England is a corporation sole; so is a bishop; and in the Church of England every parson and vicar is, in view of the law, a corporation sole.

In an unrelated matter. . .

This “citizen journalist” has also been charged with crimes stemming from a “non-incident“. I appeared before the same judge as David-Lehi.

I spent most of Thanksgiving weekend away from home. This fact didn’t stop Patricia A. Tejada Bonefield from filing a false complaint against me. As my readers may recall, I had issues with Bonefield because he insisted on letting his dogs freely roam my neighborhood contrary to animal regulations. His actions were the primary catalyst for me starting this Blogspot page. I wrote numerous articles referring Bonefield as a “scofflaw”. I also predicted that he would escalate this situation and he has.

I was not home at the time of this alleged incident. I was over 40 miles away in another city. A summons to appear in court arrived in my mailbox some weeks later. To say the least, I was taken completely by surprise.

The CAD report from the PCSO:

101127112 Citizen Dispute DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Incident Address : 10000 BLOCK OF N WHITE RD MARICOPA
Time Reported: 13:08
Time Occurred between: 13:06:39 11/27/10 - 13:06:39 11/27/10

It appears that I have been accused of yelling at my neighbor and am being charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. I see red flags when a complainant is uncooperative with the dispatcher. A genuine victim should be forthcoming.

A federal judge has ruled in similar cases in Pennsylvania. Being an unpopular public figure that frequently says unpopular things, I often find myself under attack. As a result, my First Amendment Constitutional Rights are under direct threat as well.

No more citations for cursing in Pa.

PHILADELPHIA - Firing off a few four-letter words can't be charged as a crime anymore in Pennsylvania -- at least when state police are involved.

State police have agreed to stop citing the public for cursing as part of a settlement Tuesday of a federal free-speech lawsuit.

The American Civil Liberties Union represents Pennsylvanians who have been ticketed for cursing at an overflowing toilet, a swerving motorcyclist and a parking ticket issuer.

The defendants in the above cases have received monetary damages for being maliciously prosecuted. Perhaps there will be a sliver lining in this cloud. I would laugh if Bonefield would have to sell his house to settle a judgment.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” --First Amendment, Bill of Rights

Four Day Patrol: UDA’s Spotted and Followed to Interstate 8

On Sunday afternoon, we returned from our four day desert patrol. There was plenty of activity in the Sonoran Desert National Monument this weekend. The Border Patrol and BLM Rangers were attempting to round up some 20 UDA's that were spotted earlier in the day on Friday.

We discovered their foot prints in a wash approximately 200 yards west of our base camp. A pair of damaged bicycles were also found near our camp. Some “not too bright” people carried them up a very rocky hill and left them on top. I guess they wanted to pound a few nails in their own coffins.

After breaking camp Sunday morning, we encountered three UDA's wearing black hoodies in a wooded area. They ran through the thorny brush and over barbed wire fences to get away from us. They disappeared somewhere near Interstate 8. Hopefully, they enjoyed playing chicken with the big rigs.

On the other side of the Vekol Valley, J.T. Ready and the U.S. Border Guard was out and about. A U.S. Customs helicopter showed up and briefly stopped him. He was in a vehicle that is similar to those used for smuggling. He got a nice picture to add to his Flickr page.

Other militia groups from other states, including Texas, are patrolling our area of operation(AO). Hopefully, other NSM-AZ members and like minded patriots will get in on some of this action. There will be plenty to go around.

Kimball: Arming the public

In the wake of last Saturday’s tragedy in Tucson there has been a lot of talk in the media from politicians, lawmakers, reporters, and liberals about proposing stricter firearm legislation. These individuals are talking about legislation to limit the capacity of magazines for semi-automatic firearms in an effort to make sure that the Tucson tragedy doesn’t happen again. I disagree wholeheartedly and am quite certain that the capacity of that lunatic’s magazine had nothing to do with the fact that he went to that function with the intent to kill and harm innocent people.

Remember people! The cities with the strictest gun laws also have some of the countries highest crime rates. Guns don’t kill people, violent minorities do! I believe the F.B. I. Crime statistics support this.

Maricopa property and violent crime up, total arrests down in 2010

Violent crimes increased slightly from 40 reported cases in 2009 to 47 in 2010.

The largest increase in this area was aggravated assault, which went from 29 cases in 2009 to 37 cases in 2010.

The number of property crimes increased from 897 to 1,118, with the biggest jump in arrests for theft, up by 194 cases.

I don’t see how a 15% jump in violent crime could be considered “slightly”. Maricopa is a dangerous minority infested “shit hole“. Travelers are advised to BEWARE!

Arizona shootings: Dangerous loners hard to catch before they act

WASHINGTON - The gunman accused of trying to assassinate Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and killing six others, Jared Lee Loughner, was not on any government watch list that might have warned someone not to sell him a gun or caused police to investigate his unstable behavior.
It turns out there is not a list in the United States for people like Loughner.

The same goes for Joseph Stack, who flew his plane into an IRS office in Austin, Texas, last February. Stack left behind a 3,000-word, rambling screed about his problems with the U.S. tax code.

Do the idiots in Washington D.C. realize that they will never be able to stop spree killers before they act? Even if the feds had advanced mind reading technology, which minds do you read? Safety is an illusion and planet Earth is a dangerous place. Arm yourself and learn to live with that reality.

White Supremacist Site Marks 12th Anniversary

If you enter "Martin Luther King, Jr." as a search term, the site netting the third-highest ranking is martinlutherking(dot)org, which purports to be "A valuable resource for teachers and students alike." Visit the site and you can read the "truth" about King -- communist, wife-beater, plagiarist, sexual deviant and all-around fraud. There are flyers to the same effect that children can download, print and bring to school.

How do you "celebrate" the MLK holiday? I honor this day by thanking James Earl Ray.

Congress is working furiously hard to save their own asses. . .

In the wake of the mass shootings in Tucson, Arizona, we can see that Congress is only thinking of themselves. Bull shit and hot air seem to be rather plentiful in Congress. Perhaps, they could wrap themselves in that and be protected from both the public and public scrutiny. Even better, we could ship Congress offshore to some place like Guantamano Bay, Cuba.

We could offer them an all expense paid Caribbean water boarding vacation. One way, of course. The people have elected idiots and morons. Only an idiot would come up with a “gun free zone” around government officials. As any thinking person would know, a law like this would be absolutely impossible and unreasonable to enforce.

If our government officials were doing the job they were elected or appointed to do, they would not have to worry about being knocked off.

Bill seeks to wrap Congress in actual bubble

In the wake of a mass shooting in Arizona that left six dead and one congresswoman in the hospital, some Republican lawmakers seem to be most worried about finding ways to protect themselves.

Rep. Dan Burton (R-IN) wants to enclose the House Gallery in "a transparent and substantial material" such as Plexiglas, an aide told CBS News.

His legislation aims to keep the public from being able to throw explosives or other materials at members while they are on the House floor.

“Democracy... while it lasts is more bloody than either aristocracy or monarchy. Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.” -- John Adams

The following is a portion of one of my favorite passages from an infamously well known novel. Remember, this is just fiction ant not a blueprint of things to come.

From Chapter IX of the Turner Diaries. . .

Then, as the TV cameras were preparing to switch from the crowded scene outside the Capitol to the speaker's podium in the House chamber, where the President would be speaking, a mortar round-although no one realized that's what it was- exploded about 200 yards northwest of the building. TV watchers heard the explosion but couldn't see anything except an indistinct puff of gray smoke floating above the Capitol.

For the next few seconds there was general confusion. Soldiers with gas masks on were scurrying in one direction, while grim-faced secret policemen with drawn pistols were running in the other direction. The TV commentator announced breathlessly that someone had set off a bomb in one of the Capitol parking lots. . .

. . . In this case I guessed immediately that our people were firing from a secluded, densely wooded area on the west bank of the Potomac, just over two miles from the Capitol. Henry and I had checked the area out some time ago for just such a purpose, because every important Federal building in Washington is within 81 mm-mortar range of it.

About 45 seconds after the second round the third one landed on the roof of the south wing of the Capitol and exploded inside the building. They had the range now, and the projectiles began raining down at four-to-five second intervals. Practically everyone,
including most of the TV crews, had scrambled for cover, but one intrepid cameraman remained at his post.

We saw beautiful blossoms of flame and steel sprouting everywhere, dancing across the asphalt, thundering in the midst of splintered masonry and burning vehicles, erupting now inside and now outside the Capitol, wreaking their bloody toll in the ranks of tyranny and treason. . .

. . .They learned this afternoon that not one of them is beyond our reach. They can huddle behind barbed wire and tanks in the city, or they can hide behind the concrete walls and alarm systems of their country estates, but we can still find them and kill them. All the armed guards and bulletproof limousines in America cannot guarantee their safety. That is a lesson they will not forget.

"[When the] city dies, the nation—deprived of the young life—blood of new generations—is now made up of people who are old and degenerate and cannot defend itself against a younger people which launches an attack on the now unguarded frontiers[...] This will happen, and not just to cities and nations, but on an infinitely greater scale: the whole White race, the Western race can be submerged by other colored races which are multiplying at a rate unknown in our race." —Benito Mussolini, 1928
