PCSO: It's not a crime for an unwelcome total stranger to enter someone's property while brandishing a baseball bat. . .

At approximately 7:00PM on the evening of June 22, 2011, I observed a Hispanic male subject with a white t-shirt, blue shorts and dark greasy hair enter my property from the northwest corner via an easement. My property and the utility easement are BOTH posted "NO TRESPASSING". Booger and Bailey sounded the alarm and I promptly approached this subject to investigate. He happened to be brandishing an aluminum baseball bat (no ball and glove) and he refused to obey commands to immediately exit my property.

He came off as a smart ass that thought it was his right to come on to my property and do as he pleased. I'm nicknaming him "Vinnie Barbarino" the lead sweat hog from "Welcome Back Kotter", a 1970's TV series. I was afraid he was going to assault me with the bat. He really put me on the spot.

After raising my voice several notches and insisting that he leave immediately. He took his sweet old time exiting my property. To my surprise, he went to the Bonefield's residence at 10003 N White Rd and entered their home. As you know, I've had many problems with the Bonefields and this only makes matters worse. It wouldn't surprise me if the Bonefields sent this ass clown over to intimidate me. Well, it didn't work.

I promptly called the Pinal County Sheriff's Office and advised them of the situation. They responded to my location with two units and I told them what happened. At this point, the deputies approached the Bonefield's home. It took them several minutes to finally answer the door. Perhaps, they were attempting to hide or destroy evidence or contraband.

The deputies conducted a brief investigation and informed me that it wasn't a crime for a total stranger to enter someone's property while brandishing a baseball bat and refusing to obey commands by the homeowner to leave immediately.

I guess the “castle doctrine” in Arizona has been nullified. Mexicans have no respect for borders or property rights. They think the White Man stole their land, after all. With La Raza and Aztlan, they are planning to run us Whites off by force. Now, it seems that the Pinal County Sheriff's Office is afraid to keep my neighborhood safe for fear of being labeled “RACISTS”. They simply let the armed thug go about his way.

I believe the individuals that were messing around out side my home with flashlights two nights ago were the ass clown with the baseball bat I found in my yard and Bonefield's punk kid.

The following morning I discovered broken glass on the street in front of my east gate. It appears that somebody tossed a beer bottle. Maybe it was Bonefield's kid on his way home from a night of drinking and “thugging” A boarded up home was broken into last week and other juvenile-type incidents in the area have been on the rise. The deputies should have documented Vinnie Barbarino's foot print I found in my yard for reference. It could very well turn up at other crime scenes.

Locals out for a walk? Likely story.

Although the report sounds like I commanded my dogs to attack, I didn't. As long as people stay on the other side of MY fence, nobody will get hurt. Never mind the dogs, beware of the armed homeowner. My bite is certainly worse than my dogs bark.

Immediately after the deputies left, Patricia Bonefield exited her yard, went onto the shoulder of White Rd. and made comments about our taking photos in an obvious attempt to provoke further hostilities.

I was ordered by the court not to have contact with the Bonefields. This should be a two way street. The Bonefields should not be contacting me in an attempt to deliberately agitate an already volatile situation.

Over the past couple of months unknown persons have climbed over my fence and entered my yard. My home has been bombarded with rocks and my trash was rifled. Then, we can't forget the suspicious container with the unknown substance that caused the bomb squad to camp out in front of my home for a whole day on May 21, 2011. Who do you think is looking good for all of this criminal activity? It's not the fairy fucking godmother. Sorry R. Lee Ermey, I lifted one of you lines.

Maricopa/Stanfield Justice Court: Possible Judicial Misconduct or Incompetence Brings Us to “Nuremberg II”

On April 26, 2011, I was summoned to the Maricopa/Stanfield Justice Court in an absurd case of a neighbor of mine making allegations of cussing, animal abuse, unwarranted shootings, being an evil Nazi, etc. The ‘evidence’ was shaky at best, considering, for example, that one of the occasions cited, I was known to not even be at home or on my property!

Of course, I felt compelled to write about it and published a local media opinion piece(http://www.inmaricopa.com/Print/Article/10150). As a result of this report concerning a “Nuremberg style trial,” I apparently could have angered the judge in this case, Judge Dennis Lusk.

I am questioning Judge Lusk's judgement or lack thereof in allowing my political associations to be entered into testimony, AND to be somehow pertinent to the decision at-hand. Due to time restrictions, I felt that “I was forced to give a VERY abbreviated account of the events and circumstances.” Additionally, a witness on my behalf never had the opportunity to testify because she felt intimidated by the judge.

Now, I have to visit Judge Lusk again this week, as my fully documented community service hours worked is (for some reason) now on-trial. I'm under the impression that this court is not capable of getting anything right. As required, I submitted my hours to the court by the first of June. Perhaps, “misplacing” or simply throwing away my documentation is the court's way of exacting revenge on me for writing about my court experience.

I think I know the reason. Judge Lusk could be angered that I questioned his administration of ‘justice.’ I say that, because I was demanded to make an apology letter to the court, or be found in-contempt.

I have appealed this case and feel that writing an apology is nothing short of incriminating myself. I don't feel sorry or even a shred of remorse because I did not do anything wrong. I never uttered as much as one word to Patricia Bonefield(plaintiff). Additionally, a judge cannot legally force someone to lie. That's exactly what he's doing. At this point, I believe my Fifth and First Amendment rights are in extreme peril. I'm almost certain that by Friday, those rights will be stomped on.

Arizona officer to be jailed for refusing court-ordered apology

And what about making escaping a stretch in jail conditional on obeying a kiddy-time order to apologize? Judges normally can't compel people to espouse opinions they don't hold; will that complicate matters as Stoddard and company appeal the sentence up the judicial food chain? http://www.examiner.com/civil-liberties-in-national/arizona-officer-to-be-jailed-for-refusing-court-ordered-apology?do_not_mobile_redirect=1

This is probably going to me me someday. . . I wish I was joking.

However, perhaps we cannot fault the learned juror of my case, but instead a society that assumes the downtrodden (my neighbors) somehow have a ‘right’ to be more ‘correct’ than I. . . especially since I am part of a conservative, pro-White organization that is publically against all forms of illegal immigration – the National Socialist Movement.

And if Judge Lusk took my First Amendment-protected chastisement, per se of the proceedings as an (pardon the pun) indictment of his courtroom management, I sincerely hope he will accept my apology.

But those involved are aware of peripheral legal issues that could arise if they were to persue THEIR version of ‘justice’ as they had in the past.

I look forward to a more equitable proceeding during my next meeting with Judge Lusk (June 24, 2011 at 10:00AM). In fact, I would not be surprised if my neighbors are forced to realize that their allegations against me are a more frivolous ‘nuisance’ than a discussion of any lasting and salient legal issues.

Lastly, I will present to Judge Lusk the requested apology letter, along with complete documentation of my fulfilling the other requirements, such as the community service hours worked. However, I will only apologize for my forthright and direct protestation to violations of my civil rights and legal propriety as I experienced them. Nothing more, and perhaps a bit less.

"The judge therefore puts me in a position where I must lie or go to jail. And I will not lie." --Adam Stoddard, Maricopa County Sheriff's deputy that was jailed for refusing to lie in court.

As U.S. & Mexico border issues escalate, citizen volunteers work hard to make a difference. . . Operation: "Cinco Grande"

Over the past two weeks, we have stepped up up our patrols in the Sonoran Desert National Monument. Our operations have become more frequent and involve more volunteers. In doing so, we have gathered more intelligence and caused drug and human smugglers (bad guys) to change their methods of operation.

This weekend, we discovered multiple drug smuggler spotter positions. During our investigation, backpacks, flashlights and a pair of binoculars were discovered in strategic locations. We also decommissioned a battery and charging system drug cartels use to maintain communication.

The equipment we recovered will be used against the very drug cartels that left these assets behind. The Sonoran Desert National Monument has become the “Big 5” (Cinco Grande) sporting goods outfitter of the border volunteers. Over the past few months, I have acquired jackets, sleeping bags, tools and many other items I normally could not afford to run out and buy.

Volunteers with minimal resources are doing the job our government refuses to do. In fact our government refuses to acknowledge there's a problem. Instead, Director of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano continues to repeat the same blatant lie that our southern border is more secure than ever.

Under the watch of Barack Obama and Eric Holder, the border situation has become even more dangerous thanks to illegal operations conducted by the BATF. Operations that recklessly and foolishly put thousands of military type weapons in the hands of the drug cartels we're supposed to be trying to stop.

Brewer outraged over border weapons report

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer says she's outraged over a new congressional report about a border weapons operation.

Federal agents reportedly were told by superiors to stand aside while gun buyers in Arizona walked away with weapons headed for Mexican drug cartels in a risky U.S. law enforcement operation that went out of control. http://www.azcentral.com/news/election/azelections/articles/2011/06/15/20110615brewer-arizona-border-weapons-report.html

Operation Fast and Furious should end Holder tenure

Watergate cliches though they are, two questions beg to be asked about the exploding Fast and Furious scandal at the U.S. Department of Justice: What did Attorney General Eric Holder know and when did he know it concerning the underlying concept, operational protocols and legal status of the Operation Fast and Furious program in the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms bureau?

Those questions gained special relevance Wednesday when four ATF agents testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and squarely contradicted a Feb. 4, 2011, claim by a department spokesman that DOJ did not approve of the program that sanctioned the illegal sale here in America by legitimate gun dealers of assault weapons to representatives of Mexican drug cartels. The idea behind the program was that the hundreds of firearms thus sold would then be traced from specific crimes, thus enabling prosecutions of the individuals involved. http://washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/2011/06/operation-fast-and-furious-should-end-holder-tenure#ixzz1PkKz0gtS

After fiascos like Ruby Ridge and Waco, one would think the goons and morons at the Department of Justice might have learned from their fatal blunders. Blunders that have resulted in dozens of deaths. Obviously, they have not. The BATF should be completely disbanded. Operation “Fast & Furious” was directly responsible for the fatal shooting of the US Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry.

'Fast and Furious’ Update

At long last, we may have some answers about “Fast and Furious,” the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives’ sting operation gone horribly wrong.

In Fast and Furious, the ATF encouraged gun stores along the Mexican border to sell weapons to suspected drug-cartel traffickers. The point was to see where the guns ended up and bring down the cartels; in reality, the main result was the death of a Border Patrol agent at the hands of a trafficker wielding one of the guns. http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/269668/fast-and-furious-update-robert-verbruggen

Obama's ATF tried to put new gun sale restrictions on gun dealers in Texas, New Mexico and Arizona. They were accusing the very gun dealers they told to sell AK47's to straw buyers of. . . selling multiple AK47's to straw buyers!
