Wednesday, July 6, 2011: The National Socialist Movement Goes to Court, Again.

Following the scary incident at my home on May 20, 2011, involving ass clown “Vinnie Barbarino” who brandished a baseball bat while trespassing on my property, I decided to file a petition prohibiting harassment against Patricia Bonefield. She appeared to be acting as the ring leader in this campaign of intimidation against me. I left her husband's name off the petition because he wasn't being a problem.

Bonefield strongly objected to Thora Jaeger and myself photographing the baseball bat incident and lashed out at us from the street as soon as the Pinal County Sheriff's deputies pulled away. I guess she didn't have the guts to do it while they were there. I think Patricia Bonefield is a bitter and spiteful woman who will stop at nothing to seek revenge for my complaining about their dogs two years ago.

This could have all been avoided if the Bonefields obeyed county regulations relating to dogs. Some people think those leash laws apply to other people, not them. That's why I find the need to carry a firearm (not a BB gun) when I walk down my own street. It's not safe!

The Bonefield's are the entire reason I started this blog and I thank them for pushing things this far. I never wanted to be a “journalist”, but am actually enjoying it despite not earning any money. Bear in mind, my blog is a collection of news, stories and MY opinions. Under the First Amendment of the US Constitution, I'm am guaranteed these freedoms and will exercise them at will. Foreigners, antifascists, anti racists, Democrats, Communists and many others don't believe in the Constitution of The United States. I think the Bonefields don't believe in our Constitution, either. That's why people like this try so desperately to suppress free speech.

The hearing for this civil matter took place in the Maricopa Stanfield Justice Court. I was quite pleased that a fair and reasonable judge heard the case. I was beginning to wonder if fair judges really existed.

As expected, Patricia Bonefield brought the whole family, a little runt that was acting like a lawyer and the ass clown “Vinnie Barbarino”. Ass clown's real name turned out to be Edgar. I hope they didn't pay too much for their representative. He wasn't very good because he couldn't stay on topic. My flags and burnt swastika in the backyard seemed more important.

Patricia Bonefield also filed a petition prohibiting harassment against my friend and neighbor, Thora Jaeger. I thought that was a total abuse of the court system. I was also under the impression that my filing a petition in court somehow constituted harrassement in the mind of Patricia Bonefield. The judge pointed out that it was my right to access the legal system. I think she's not capable of not negatively reacting to anything I do. The Bonefields even called the sheriff when they received the summons to appear in the mail. I thought that was about as stupid as one could get.

Bonefield submitted photos of my home, flags on my flag pole and a photo taken following the National Socialist Movement's Rally after party aftermath from last November. It was a great party and the judge said that I had the right to have parties. One photo submitted was that of a ski mask on my fence post. Some trespasser left that here one night after throwing rocks at my home and digging in my garbage. I thought it would look cool up on a post. Oddly, it never came up during the hearing.

The incident revolving around CAD# 110625090 Suspicious Activity never came up, either. Apparently, the Bonefields found BB's around their home on June 25, 2011. I was 320 miles away in Las Vegas, Nevada on National Socialist Movement business (previous posts). I was with dozens of people, including members of the press. I guess Patricia Bonefield and her lawyer didn't want to explain how I managed to be in two different states at the same time. (Other than when I crossed the Pat Tillman Bridge.)

Patricia Bonefield strongly objected to us photographing her, but had no issues with photographing me or my property. Talk about being a hypocrite. I have the right to take pictures as I please. Being the Media Spokesman and an Associate Media Producer for the National Socialist Movement, it's my job to document newsworthy and interesting topics for possible publication. Some of my work has made front pages of national publications. Guess who I have to thank for this?

As expected, she brought up all the things that never happened, including the cussing, rock throwing and BB gun shooting. I have decided to post a few photos of the “BB gun” I have allegedly used. I hope you all enjoy them.

Patricia also openly admitted under oath that ass clown Edgar was trespassing on my property and that he was carrying a baseball bat for possible use as a weapon, NOT for playing baseball. No wonder I carry a rifle. Can anyone blame me?

Once again, my political beliefs were somehow important. In reality, they were irrelevant. If I were a Democrat, Libertarian or John Bircher, my political affiliations would never be an issue. Again. I saw a double standard and hypocrisy play out in open court. Fortunately, this judge elected to ignore these statements. In the end, the lawyer tried to make one last futile play by bringing up the National Socialist Movement. He was wasting his breath.

Once it was all said and done, no injunctions were granted. I considered this day a victory because I stood up for the National Socialist Movement and my Constitutionally protected rights to believe as I do. This is what freedom and the United States of America is all about.

To add icing on the cake, I needed a tire replaced under warranty and the retailer appeared to have not charged me for the mileage I used. I paid less than $40 for an air filter, oil change and a brand new tire! Today was a great day.

The Arrival of Monsoon Season: Fourth of July Weekend, 2011

I don't normally travel or do much of anything on the July Fourth weekend. I prefer to stay at home far away from the idiots and morons that take to the roads on major holidays. On Saturday, I reluctantly agreed to meet up with some friends in north Phoenix. On of our friends is in poor health and we thought paying him a visit was in order. I loaded Bailey into the truck and departed shortly before noon.

My trip to town was uneventful. Traffic was light for a Saturday afternoon and I casually made my way to north Phoenix via I-10 and SR 51. I reached my destination and went about my business.

Phoenix Sets Record Heat for Day at 118 Degrees

PHOENIX (AP) — It was a record day for heat in one of the nation's hottest cities. Phoenix had a high temperature of 118 degrees Saturday. That topped the city's previous record for July 2, which was 116 degrees in 2001.

Although this is not the norm, Maricopa managed to reach 119 degrees. Once it gets over 110 degrees, a few more doesn't make a whole lot of difference. It's been close to five years since the mercury climbed that high. I'd still rather be hot than freezing, any day.

Fourth of July Weekend: sidewalks were heating up to dangerous temperatures. Using an infrared thermometer we tested some common surfaces.

Power returning after poles knocked down in Valley storm

PHOENIX - Many homes and businesses are getting power back after a storm knocked out utilities to about 4,000 customers Valley wide.

Arizona Public Service spokesman Damon Gross said around 1,500 of their customers lost electricity around 4 pm. The company tweeted around 9:30 pm that about half the remaining 500 customers without power should have it restored near midnight.

Gross said 17 poles were knocked down along 32nd Street between Thunderbird and Greenway roads.

At 3:00 PM, I was in the vicinity of 36th Street and Cactus (one mile south of the outages) and noticed that the weather was coming in fast. At that point, I headed south through Phoenix towards Maricopa. It was definitely time to head home. Phoenix area drivers have a bad habit of losing control of their vehicles at the mere sight of rain. I didn't want to be around when that happened.

Of course, that was wishful thinking. As you can see by the photos I posted above, a few drops of rain managed to create a series of events that resulted in the destruction of vehicles as well as create a traffic jam that stretched approximately 3 miles in the northbound lane of SR 347.

I rarely have a need to travel this route, but more often than not, some stupid or careless motorist(s) makes a mess of things whenever I decide to make a trip to Phoenix. On my last trip in late May, I found myself taking a lengthy detour through Casa Grande because of the southbound lane being shut down for several hours. Please refer to a previous post for the details of that trip.

People rush for last minute fireworks

PHOENIX (KPHO) - Inside valley firework tents the search is on for the biggest bang you legally can get.

"Yesterday we were slammed, today we are going to be slammed with people getting their last minute fireworks," said Matt Gibson of TNT Fireworks.

Despite a ban on the use of fireworks in Pinal County, it was clear that many people decided to gamble with the lives and properties of their neighbors. Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to my neighborhood as soon as it got dark. It hasn't rained for an extended period of time and fire danger is EXTREMELY high. Hopefully, some idiot will burn their own house down or end up in the hospital missing a hand.
