Immigration laws meant to protect the interests of Americans? The big immigration lie of 1965 and sending illegal aliens back home in 2014

On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, Bailey and I set out the the desert area near Century and Hidden Valley Rd. Just moments after I parked and exited my truck, Bailey took of barking at four illegal aliens trying to not be found in the wash below. They looked tired and asked for water as they approached me. Not having authority to detain these subjects, I could only "observe and report" the events that just took place.

The Pinal County Sheriff's Office dispatched a deputy and located these four subjects approximately a mile from where I made contact with them. The deputy handed them over to the U.S. Border Patrol for transport to a detention center for their ultimate deportation.

I returned to the desert two days later and hiked through the numerous washes that parallel and sometimes intersect Hidden Valley Rd. I found a couple of backpacks and toothbrushes. On my way out of this area, I spotted heavy black smoke to my north. I headed in that direction to investigate. As I approached, the smoke got thicker.

From the opposite direction and at a high rate of speed, two Pinal County Sheriff's deputies approached the scene, too. A Chevy/GMC Suburban or Tahoe type SUV was fully engulfed in flames. According to the CAD report published the following day, the license plate and VIN were destroyed by the fire. We do not know who the vehicle belongs to or how it got to its' final parking place. Vehicles are frequently stolen and use to smuggle people and drugs. People have also been known to torch vehicles in order to collect the insurance money.

"This bill we sign today is not a revolutionary bill. It does not affect the lives of millions. It will not restructure the shape of our daily lives." So said President Lyndon Johnson at the signing of the Hart-Celler Immigration Bill...

Sen. Kennedy concluded by saying, "The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs." (U.S. Senate, Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization of the Committee on the Judiciary, Washington, D.C., Feb. 10, 1965. pp. 1-3.) Although the 1965 bill was passed off as a means to end legitimate discrimination, some people feared a major increase in immigration and a change in the source countries of immigrants. Supporters of the measure assured doubters that this would not happen. They lied to us from the start and are carrying on the American tradition of lying to us, again.

Protestors All Across Europe Demand Illegal Aliens Be Deported

The RT report below says that being more "extreme" is becoming more mainstream. Oh and by the way, not wanting your culture eradicated or your White countries to become non-White countries is considered "extreme." Full Article

Protecting the interests of Americans does not appear to be a primary concern for this administration. Protecting the interests of a few, maybe. Protecting their OWN interests, definitely. We must remove this administration, or suffer the humiliation that our current government has planned for our nation. We are rapidly approaching the point of no return.

Sessions: ‘Obama Administration has forgotten that our immigration laws are meant to protect the interests of Americans’

“Not only is this a national security issue, but a financial issue: those granted admission gain access to federal welfare programs funded by U.S. taxpayers,” Sessions said in a statement. “It seems the Obama Administration has forgotten that our immigration laws are meant to protect the interests of Americans.” Full Article

Some people think that race is not or should not be an issue, when it comes to illegal immigration. Show me the 20 million white Anglos invading the United states from Mexico and I will concede they have a point.

According to the Oxford American Dictionary, an amnesty is defined as "an undertaking by the authorities to take no action against specified offenses or offenders during a fixed period."

Speaker Boehner's Immigration Standards would require the government to ignore the immigration violation committed by illegal aliens and visa overstayers and give these individuals legal status and work permits so they are unable to be deported for their offenses. The Oxford definition of "amnesty" is a very apt description of the speaker's immigration plan.

Pinal County Sheriff's Deputy shoots a suspect in the back, while his hands are up... Israeli trained militarized police force endangers our citizens on both sides of the law

I don't agree with the actions of this deputy, however, when a man like this isn't being cooperative and has already put the public at risk and is still trying to stand up to them after getting out of the car, it's a reasonable assumption that nobody knows what he's truly capable of. He knew what he was getting into, when he didn't surrender at the moment the deputies initially made contact with him.

At 23 seconds, the video clearly shows the man with his arms raised over his head and his back to the deputies. Then, two shots from a lethal weapon were fired at close range. Putting it mildly, that was a chicken shit action by the deputy. Shooting someone in the back is cowardly. Prior to the man surrendering, deputies had multiple opportunities to justifiably kill this man, but chose not to.

I have considerable respect for the law, but incidents like this, make it very difficult NOT to have a certain degree of contempt for them. Having a justifiable and significant amount of distrust for sworn officers, it's difficult to completely or blindly support law enforcement. Sheriff Paul Babeu is also no stranger to making attempts to use his office to cover up wrongdoing. Most of us will never forget his indiscretions with his gay illegal alien lover or his attempt to minimize other incidents, including a deputy involved fatal car crash.

5 Investigates: Video contradicts Pinal sheriff's statements

Longoria appeared to be moving his arms around, and did not appear to be cooperating with the deputies. Seconds later, the video shows Longoria turn his back on the deputies and raise both hands into the air, high over his head. One second later, a lone deputy fired two shots, killing Longoria. The deputy apparently locked his patrol vehicle before going inside his home, but violated PCSO policy by leaving his weapon in the vehicle, according to a PCSO spokesman... "The Pinal County Sheriff's Office has a policy which prohibits our members from leaving weapons inside of vehicles when the employee is not on duty," the PCSO spokesman said in a statement released Tuesday morning. "Currently our Professional Standards Unit is conducting an internal investigation into this matter." Full Article

The police investigate the police and find no wrong doing? Interesting how that works. isn't it?  This is just like the DOJ and the IRS investigating themselves and finding absolutely no wrongdoing, despite the visible, blatant and obvious evidence of "abuse of power."

Frequently, those applicants that score highest on police pre-employment exams are automatically disqualified from employment. Police departments would rather hire these cement heads. By design, a lower common denominator is responsible for public safety.

Report: Israeli model underlies militarization of U.S. police

In an article which begins with examples of American police training alongside Israeli security forces, Blumenthal writes, “Having been schooled in Israeli tactics perfected during a 63 year experience of controlling, dispossessing, and occupying an indigenous population, local police forces have adapted them to monitor Muslim and immigrant neighborhoods in US cities. Meanwhile, former Israeli military officers have been hired to spearhead security operations at American airports and suburban shopping malls, leading to a wave of disturbing incidents of racial profiling, intimidation, and FBI interrogations of innocent, unsuspecting people. An Epic Pinal County Scandal

There are big lessons to be learned in all of this as well as broad negative implications for all the good deputies out there who don’t deserve the likely consequences of a bad apple in their midst shooting a surrendering man in the back, but none of this would be a problem if there hadn't been something rotten going on in Pinal County for quite some time. The original United States Naturalization Law of March 26, 1790 provided the first rules to be followed by the United States in the granting of national citizenship. This law limited naturalization to "free White persons" of "good moral character." It thus left out American Indians, free Blacks and Asians.
