In our Marxist nation, it's OK to be different, but you're NOT permitted to disagree

Needing a short break, we decided to take a two day excursion, covering 900 miles of northern Arizona. Long before sun up, we departed home and arrived, at the Grand Canyon National Park, a little over three hours later. The parking lot was nearly empty and we had most of the canyon to ourselves. After touring the Grand Canyon, we headed towards Lake Powell and Page, AZ.

The Sonic burgers we had for lunch in Page were huge. We visited the Glen Canyon Dam and crossed the Utah state line, following our visit to the Carl Hayden Visitors Center. As we headed back south, we decided to take the back roads through the Navajo Nation, towards Tuba City. Before reaching Tuba City, one of those roadside attraction signs advertising dinosaur tracks caught our attention, so we made the turn, down this dirt road, to see what was there.

Here, we met dinosaur track guide, “Dale W.” Dale was a bit odd and we thought he might have spent his earlier years huffing paint fumes. Our guide didn't have any formal training in paleontology, but told us he studied “performance art.” Nonetheless, he did a good job and spent nearly an hour showing us around.

The 200+ mile drive through the reservation, was a long one. As the sun began to set, I pulled off to take some photos, off SR 87, about an hour north of Winslow, AZ. This was the place I met this fellow, who claimed to be a grandson of Nevy Jensen, a WWII Code Talker. We had a most interesting conversation. After getting a local history lesson, he began discussing his racial and cultural views. He also didn't approve of his family members marrying outside his tribe and race. I said, “Without roots, the tree falls.”

As it became dark, it was time for us to shake hands, say good bye and part company. We continued to head south, through the twilight zone, towards Winslow. After a good night's sleep, we found that corner to stand on. Video

Chances are you now live in a ‘Constitution Free Zone’. US Federal District Judge Edward Korman, has reaffirmed an Obama admin policy that grants officials the authority to search Americans’ laptops and other electronics without a warrant, citing a controversial premise that makes citizens within 100 miles of the border eligible for a warrantless police search. Now, that the Fourth Amendment is gone, killing free speech is next: As I have documented, The FBI Has Been Attempting to Shut Down All Forms of Alternative Media With Regard to the Oregon Standoff, so I have to assume at some point this post will be seen. For that reason I will not say what I really feel, because I live in fear of what my government might do to me if I did. More

So far, 25 people have been arrested in connection with the standoff between a militia and federal officials on a federal wildlife preserve in Oregon. As the FBI sweeps in to collect evidence from the scene of the occupation, officials are discovering the dirtier aspects of living in a remote wildlife refuge that may come back to haunt the occupiers. CBS Cliven Bundy will be answering charges. KATU

However, leftist agitators and trolls are permitted to make threats, without penalty or consequences: Prior to deleting violent and obscene posts, administrators of the page have been capturing disturbing screen shots of calls for violence against the Bundys, their supporters, and ranchers in the West. The San Jose State directory confirms that James Brent, the man “praying” for the Bundys to be shot and killed, teaches political science at a California university. Unless someone with a grudge is impersonating him, this appears to be his genuine identity. AT

Feds Jail Radio Host, Sparking Free Speech Outcry

Indeed, the growing concerns over the free-speech implications have united critics ranging from the statist American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to the liberty-oriented Rutherford Institute. The biggest concern, activists and critics of the case say, is that the federal government is trampling on the rights to free speech and freedom of the press guaranteed in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Critics of the prosecution also contend that the case is an ominous sign that the federal government is going off the rails. NA

To the Patriots Who Abandoned the “Militia” at Malheur Wildlife Refuge

As I wrote my fairly harsh criticisms of these people, I would get push back from time to time by fellow Patriots claiming they were making an honorable stand, the Government is to blame, and the time to act is now. However, that line of thought could always be shut down with one simple question, “Then why aren’t you there?” I consider myself to be a “Patriot” as much as anyone, but I wasn’t there because I thought their actions absurd, doomed to fail, and entirely unwarranted. We are all adults and we can just agree to disagree about the stand-off, but if you supported it then why weren’t you there? Full Article

A Nevada rancher who was at the center of a dramatic standoff with federal authorities in 2014 is a flight risk and should be held without bail, an Oregon judge ruled Monday. LA One thing is for sure. The government's persecution of Cliven Bundy is not going to shut the rest of us up. We are going to speak out louder and with more zeal than ever before. This isn't just an attack on Cliven. This is an effort to silence all of us. The government is trying to send the message that any dissent will be quashed and anyone who stands against the government will be destroyed. CCFSG

Did rat finks, provocateurs and a government hit play a part at the Malhuer Wildlife Refuge standoff, near Burns, Oregon?

Is there anything, anything a all, that you would be willing to put your life on the line for? Most of you would cower in a corner, like cowards. Agree or disagree with them, the “Bundy Militia” were willing to put their lives on the line for what they believe, which is the US Constitution, of which few to none have ever read.

You might begin with Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17, which really does prohibit the federal government from owning land, except in specific circumstances, which none of those apply to the Burns situation. Only a Constitutional amendment can change the parameters of federal ownership. No law Congress passes can change this. What do people think this fight was about anyway?

The FBI claims that the most helpful evidence in the entire case was Pete Santilli’s podcasts. Santilli is an activist that was there acting as press. Santilli was broadcasting live conversations with the activists. Often times things were said that were not intended for a public audience. Santilli was arrested the same night as Amon Bundy. He was charged at 6:30 p.m. with conspiracy to impede federal officer. This is a felony offense. More

A corrupt federal government, who has been selling our lands to foreign nations, and running ranchers out of business, so they can ultimately gain complete control the food sources. It's too bad that most of the intellect of our citizenry has been successfully dumbed down enough that by the time they catch on to the process of the government building a George Orwell's 1984 style police state, it will be too late.

Rat: Alternative Media Host Who Snitched on Oregon Militia Was Already a Known FBI Informant

Alternative media personality and radio host Pete Santilli was feeding live conversations directly to the feds. We know why you keep showing up to alternative media events like Oregon, but why people keep allowing you to stay is a mystery. The Oregon standoff was an obvious surveillance trap, exposing exactly who is down with the “revolution” they see portrayed. The purpose of this post is so when the real events happen, there will be one less snitch. IND

With Finicum lying in the snow, the video shows the arrest of two other occupiers as they got out of the stuck truck: Ryan Bundy, who is Ammon's brother, and Shawna Cox. Bretzing said another woman (Victoria Sharp) was in the truck but was not arrested. He did not identify her. Bretzing said agents and troopers "provided medical assistance to Finicum" after they were "confident that they had addressed any further threats." Ammon Bundy and other Oregon standoff leaders considered flight risk, denied release

Of course, they weren't going to get bail... A federal court judge Wednesday ordered Ammon Bundy and six others accused in the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge to remain in jail, calling them flight risks and a danger to public safety. The erstwhile occupiers made their first appearances in a U.S. District Court in Portland, each charged with a single count of conspiracy to impede officers from discharging their duties through the use of force, intimidation or threats. Is it standard SOP to shoot before confirmation that a weapon is on your person? I watched the unedited version of the LaVoy "execution video." Apparently, something happened that spooked the driver and he fled, later driving into a snow bank. LaVoy exited the vehicle, with his hands up. After being shot, he put his hand on his stomach. An agent comes out of woods, as Lavoy staggers forward gathering footing like he was shot, turned around and was shot again, before falling dead.

I also saw one officer run in front of the vehicle, before LaVoy put it into the snow bank to avoid hitting him. I'd call this a "government hit." What are "we the people" going to do? Nothing, because they are scared, knowing that if they step out of line, the government, at any time and any place, can have them eliminated. Remember, the ROE for a soldier in Afghanistan is to shoot, only when fired upon... NOT shoot first, ask questions later.

Enhanced and Zoomed Video: Death of LaVoy Finicum, Look CLOSELY at His Right Hand

Others, who claim Finicum’s innocence, will say that the rancher was simply clutching his chest out of reaction of being shot by the agent on the right side of the screen. From his posture however, it appears as though he is slightly lurched forward with knees bent, which would go along with the theory that he was reacting to being shot. More

I personally feel that the Bundy protest at Malheur effectively puts a spotlight on a rogue Federal Government that sent good men to prison on a terrorism charge, over a minor grass fire. A government, which has been at war, with the American people in the western states, for a century.

This was a clear message sent by the outlaw administration. Resist us and you will be murdered. However, if you want to burn, rape, loot, and assault our cities and citizens, while protesting against "Whitey," it's okay.

Government makes an example of Hammonds

So why is the federal government so insistent on making an example out of the Hammond family? They did their time and are paying the price. Why are they so dogged and relentless in spending so much time and money in trying to continue to persecute one family? Could it have anything to do with a water right case the Feds lost to the Hammonds a few years back, and they are trying to get revenge?   Capital Press

Low flying aircraft over my concealed LP/OP and deadly escalation at the Malhuer Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon

I spent another weekend, out in the field. This time, I found a saddle (geologic feature), west of the Table Top Wilderness Area and set up camp on a chunk of solid granite. This LP/OP overlooked the Tohono O'odham, but was well hidden, amongst ironwood trees. Shortly before dark, quail flew to the trees directly behind my tent and that's where they spent the night.

Come 1:00 am, a pack of coyotes entered my camp and engaged in a shouting match, with canine Bailey. This went on for about ten minutes, before they cleared out. By early Saturday morning, a low flying aircraft was spotted and it appeared to be doing a grid search. Then, if flew over my position, just over the trees. I photographed it and recorded the tail number. It was a 1974 Cessna that belongs to AZ Game & Fish.

All in all, it was a good camping and bird watching trip, without encountering any drug and human smuggling. On my way out of the Sonoran Desert National Monument, I observed a BLM ranger, just south of Interstate 8. Video

From "The Last Refuge"... (a4) By the 1990’s the Hammonds were one of the very few ranchers who still owned private property adjacent to the refuge. Susie Hammond in an effort to make sense of what was going on began compiling facts about the refuge. In a hidden public record she found a study done by the FWS in 1975. The study showed the “no use” policies of the FWS on the refuge were causing the wildlife to leave the refuge and move to private property. Full Article

Oregon standoff leader asks holdouts at refuge to go home

In the statement, Bundy asked the federal government to allow the people remaining at the refuge to depart without being prosecuted. Addressing those still holding out, Bundy's statement said: "Please stand down. Go home and hug your families. This fight is now in the courts. Please go home." Bear in mind, the last group of people that left the refuge were allegedly ambushed and shot by police, leaving one wounded and another dead. Fox

The question is, why the sudden change of heart? Bundy seemed intent upon the protest lasting until the two Oregon ranchers who were re-jailed, and upon whose part they were protesting were released from prison. Did seeing his friend get murdered in cold blood and being arrested cause the change of heart? That’s one way for Federal Agents to force a surrender- shooting your friend right in front of you! What started as a community protest–over the extended sentencing of father and son ranchers Dwight and Steven Hammond for two cases of arson on public lands–has morphed into another Bundy showdown where sovereign citizen rhetoric, revisionist history, and self-identified militia converge. Due to the extensive nature of this decades-long story, Breitbart News will be filing multiple stories from eastern Oregon in the days ahead. Breitbart

The mysterious fires that led to the Bundy clan’s Oregon standoff

Never, it seemed, have two groups of people looked at the same conflagration and come to such different conclusions. The Hammonds’ fires, part of an obscure beef between ranchers and BLM, might seem tangential — not the real center of a national news story about the Bundys’ hostage-free, would-be armed rebellion. But at least one federal judge opined that the Hammonds have been unfairly treated. WP

Why was the "Occupy Wall Street" movement permitted to turn into "Occupy Every Street," from New York to California? They also stayed in the park after posted closing hours. They were hailed as heroes by celebrities and politicians. Why is it that Black Lives Matter can burn multiple city blocks, loot, call for the murders of police officers and infringe upon the rights of others, trying to go about their daily lives  and nothing happens? But... White men, peacefully exercising their Second Amendment rights, while occupying an unlocked wildlife refuge center in protest of the BLM and its abusive practices... They must be stopped, killed and/or jailed.

Hands up or charging? Conflicting reports on shooting of Oregon militia spokesman

Conflicting information is emerging over what happened after a well-known member of the militia group occupying a nature preserve in Oregon died in a shootout with federal agents. The group’s spokesman had tried to run a roadblock before he was killed. Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, died Tuesday evening after a confrontation with federal law enforcement at a roadblock north of Burns, Oregon. RT

Remember, the World is watching. Show us that the use of deadly force was appropriate and that the militia presented a credible threat. Withhold the alleged video and people will suspect a man is dead over nothing more than criminal trespass at a wildlife refuge. Alleged threats do not constitute a death sentence. If you think the FBI didn't want this man dead, you have no idea how they really operate.

The federal government has declared war on Western culture and the ranching way of life. If you're a LEO on or near the Malhuer Wildlife Refuge , please ask yourself this question: If our founding fathers were watching you right now, would they call you an enemy of the nation they fought so hard to secure?

“I’m just not going to prison,” Finicum said. “Look at the stars. There’s no way I’m going to sit in a concrete cell where I can’t see the stars and roll out my bedroll on the ground. That’s just not going to happen. I want to be able to get up in the morning and throw my saddle on my horse and go check on my cows. It’s OK. I’ve lived a good life. God’s been gracious to me.”

More NSM border operations and increasing anti-gun pro-illegal alien skullduggery, from our feckless government

I have returned from another "excursion" inside the Barry M. Goldwater Air Force Range. The overnight lows dipped below freezing and it was a bit windy. My current LP/OP overlooks about 40 square miles of desert. Some of my "off time" in base camp was spent brushing up on my marksmanship skills, using the Daisy Red Ryder 1938 BB Gun. This horrific weapon boasts 200 rounds of whopping high capacity and completely circumvents the disgraceful "bullet button loophole."

During my tour, a Bureau of Land Management Ranger made contact and we spent some time chatting and did some narco souvenir "show & tell," This was my first BLM contact, since the militia standoff, at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in Oregon began. Fortunately, that negative public relations cluster foxtrot hasn't spread to the borderlands. By leaving the would-be revolutionaries to their own devices, authorities have given them enough rope to hang themselves. TPM

While our feckless government promotes stricter gun control, our borders are being overrun by transnational criminals. The European "refugees" are akin to the illegal aliens, here in the United States. They're just doing the assaults, rapes, murders and robberies that the citizenry of the host country simply don't want to do. If these vile, reprehensible ingrates are refugees, one has to ask, "What are they seeking refuge from?" If these are the “moderates,” what are the “hard-liners” like?

The dystopic liberal infested cesspool of California has gone as far as restricting the possession and sale of BB guns, citing they are not included as "arms" in the Second Amendment. “A lot of these BB guns and airsoft guns are made to look extremely realistic these days,” the gun control advocate said. “So, it’s hard for law enforcement to distinguish between a fake gun and the real thing.” Gun control advocates, however, say the law should help phase out the toy guns that still look like real firearms. SB 199, De León. BB devices: Existing law prohibits a person from furnishing a BB device, defined to include a spot marker gun, to a minor without the permission of the minor’s parent or guardian, and prohibits selling a BB device to a minor. Violation of either of these prohibitions is a crime. Existing law defines a BB device as any instrument that expels a projectile, such as a BB or pellet, that does not exceed 6 millimeters in caliber. TTAG

This bill prohibits the sale of BB devices in California unless the entire exterior surface of the device is brightly colored or the device is transparent, as specified. A violation is an infraction punishable by a fine of $100 for the first offense, and $300 for a second offense. A third or subsequent violation is punishable as a misdemeanor. Potential near-term loss of sales tax revenue of $40,000 (General Fund) for every $1 million in annual BB device sales impacted in California to the extent the restrictions on the purchase, sale, and manufacture of imitation firearms result in reduced sales of BB devices. California moves to ban ‘bullet buttons’ on semi-auto rifles

Levine’s measure, AB 1664, taken with a companion bill, AB 1663, would classify a semi-automatic center fire rifle that does not have a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept no more than 10 rounds as an assault weapon under state law and define a “detachable magazine” to mean an ammunition feeding device that can be removed from the firearm without disassembly of the action, including one that can be removed with the use of a tool. The Brady Campaign has long claimed that its agenda is limited. Just some “reasonable, common-sense” gun restrictions—no need for anyone to worry about confiscation or onerous regulations. Brady officials would prefer that no gun owner read the words of its former chairman Nelson “Pete” Shields... “Our ultimate goal—total control of handguns in the United States—is going to take time. My estimate is from seven to 10 years. The first problem is to slow down the increasing number of handguns sold in this country. The second problem is to get handguns registered. And the final problem is to make the possession of all handguns and all handgun ammunition—except for the military, policemen, licensed security guards, licensed sporting clubs, and licensed gun collectors—totally illegal." Buy a rifle and learn to shoot it... In the wake of several high-profile mass shootings and an increase in gang violence in cities like Baltimore and Chicago, more and more law enforcement officials have been encouraging citizens with gun licenses to make use of them. The call stands in stark contrast to the increasingly aggressive attempts by the gun control left to vilify gun ownership. Daily Wire

The Supreme Court announced Tuesday that it will take up a case challenging the legality of President Barack Obama's executive actions aimed at granting quasi-legal status and work permits to up to five million people who entered the U.S. illegally as children or who have children who are American citizens. In their order Tuesday, the justices added one question to the case: whether Obama’s actions violated the Constitutional provision requiring him to “take care that the Laws be faithfully executed” — in essence, whether existing law bars the president from making the kinds of enforcement changes he sought to make. Many of Cliven Bundy's cattle were killed... Harry Reid and his cronies will allow people, animals and babies to die, as long as their agenda is priority

In the wake of the sudden turn of events at the Bundy Ranch last Saturday, there's been lots of speculation as to why the events occurred, as they did. Firstly, I must dismiss many of the kooks that spewed globs of misinformation. I won't point fingers or name names, During the past week, I've done some extensive research, as did many others.

Although I have not found specific links for all I'm about to reveal, I did come across some interesting details and information that I've furnished, below. The government thinks they might like to see Cliven Bundy in court. They might not want to be so hasty. Hopefully, the Bundy Ranch will retain competent legal counsel.

It would appear the B.L.M. did not have the legal right to remove Cliven Bundy's cattle, even with the federal court order. Rule 64 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure states that any seizure of a person or property must be done in accordance with STATE law, where the court of decision is located. Meanwhile, Rule 70 provides that the party who won the judgment (that's the BLM) must have the clerk (of the court) issue a writ of execution or assistance. The writ is then executed and perfected by the Sheriff (Sheriff Gillespie), who would seize the cattle in accordance with the provisions outlined in Nevada's Law.

Nevada Law requires that the State Brandmaster or his appointee from the State Board of Agriculture be present to account for the seized animals, upon which the Department of Agriculture will take possession of the animals and deliver them to the party of judgment or their appointed agent. Now that's the law on livestock seizures that would apply in this case. As you probably already know, the B.L.M. didn't do this. They obtained a court order, skipped the court clerk, skipped the writ, skipped the Sheriff and also skipped the State Brandmaster and his department, and went straight to seizing Bundy's cattle by force. Cattle battle not over: ‘We don’t fear Harry Reid,’ say Bundy brothers

Reid had been silent on standoff between the Bureau of Land Management and rancher Cliven Bundy, who was accused of allowing his “trespass cattle” to graze on lands the government said was off limits. But when the bureau backed down Sunday, Reid let his lips flap. Full Article

Under Nevada Law, the B.L.M. clearly engaged in a form of cattle rustling. B.L.M. also violated state and federal laws which were designed to protect Bundy's right to due process, under the law. They also did so bearing assault weapons, attack dogs and engaged in use of intimidation, as well as physical force in light of Cliven Bundy's insistence that their activity was unlawful. It is important to realize how very serious this situation is in that 18 USC 241 defines "Conspiracy Against Rights" as two or more persons who conspire to intimidate, oppress, threaten or injure any person for expressing or enjoying any rights or privileges secured by the U.S. Constitution. This is a felony and can result in ten years in federal prison. More

Bundy Ranch - What You're Not Being Told

Take another look at what happened on that ranch, the military style crack down, the violence. Imagine Clive Bundy was your father or grandfather. Imagine if his wife was your mother or grandmother. Imagine it was your family who's livelihood was being destroyed by some filthy rich politician who just can't get enough. Full Article

It is quite clear that when B.L.M. failed to adhere to Rules 64 and 70 of the FRCP, that they began unlawfully seizing Bundy's property, destroyed some of his property (B.L.M. admits to killing two bulls) and it is also believed that B.L.M. used a backhoe to destroy Bundy's range improvements (which are his property, even if the land is not). In doing so, they clearly violated his right to due process. It's also clear that when Bundy launched a resistance, that B.L.M. also attempted to intimidate, oppress and threaten him and others by deploying a wide range of tactics. Related

Several persons were injured, as is confirmed by video footage. All of the elements are there to successfully prosecute an unknown number of B.L.M. employees and contractors under 18 USC 241. That is quite a serious thing and if there is anything remotely resembling justice left in this country, I think we'll see serious repercussions for those involved in this. There are also harsh penalties under title 18 USC for "color of law" violations. Of course, our courts are so corrupt, justice will likely never be served. 18 USC 241 The Truth Video

Sheriff Richard Mack: Sources Inside BLM and Vegas Metro Say “No Question” Feds are Preparing to Raid Cliven Bundy

According to Mack, the so-called retreat was nothing more than theatrics. “It was a ploy to get people to back off, to get people out of the way.
